Excellent food. The beef soup was hands down the best caldo de res I have had. The broth was perfectly seasoned and the meat fell apart. My companions enjoyed the quesadilla and the burrito. The tortillas tasted fresh. Like they were made fresh. I hope to come here again.
Really great. My tacos and burrito were stuffed and delicious, as were the tamales. The green salsa is great too. I appreciate that they have some different choices than the usual proteins you see, including beef cheek, tongue, and adovada. The birria consume could've been better if it was a little more concentrated and spicier, but that's nbd. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving mexican and looking for a casual, unpretentious place.

This is easily the freshest and most authentic Mexican food I have ever had east of the Mississippi... and I eat Mexican food constantly. Tucked inside a fantastic little grocery market/tienda, this spot is an absolute treasure.
The food is phenomenal. They serve incredible homemade tortillas that elevate everything they touch. I highly recommend the shrimp tacos... the shrimp is perfectly cooked, and they don't skimp...
