Very friendly service and clean environment. Their caldo de res was amazing. Very unique and I’m not sure I’ve had a caldo that tasted like that before. They definitely have some deep Hispanic roots embedded in their recipes, which go back a couple generations. If you don’t like authentic Mexican food this place is not for you and you are better off going to Taco Bell. Can’t wait to try other menu items here.

We had a late Father’s Day celebratory lunch here: tried five different dishes all made with their fresh masa—-gordas, gorditas, quesadillas, empanadas, pupusas…this is a spectacular family owned and run place. They were friendly, attentive, welcoming, but the food is truly wonderful. We will drive out of our way to eat there again!

Maybe it was a bad day— but they have the worst Latino food I’ve ever seen or had in a restaurant.
We tried tacos… she had carne asada (in theory) and I had (correction, I ordered) carnitas.
We got tough stringy greasy beef and greasy sliced over-cooked tough pork chops. They were apparently reheated in the fryer with rancid oil. Other than the rancid flavor, I couldn’t detect any thing pleasant.
We ordered 2 tacos each (for lunch) but got 4 each… we couldn’t eat much of any of the lunch and packed to to feed it to our pets— the dog wouldn’t eat it. lol
The rice was lacking flavor but the refried beans were ok.
We also tried a beef tamale— dry and low flavor— we couldn’t eat it.
I was a little amazed they didn’t have prices on any of their offerings???
We had 2 cans of Pepsi (I think) and the meal came to $48!!!
Now I know why there are no prices.
Maybe they have tiered pricing for gringos vs Latinos?
Of course, your mileage may vary
