Came for lunch on my break got a Bo bite combo broke my chicken before eating it wasn’t cooked all the way it’s was squishy and white and red glad I did not just bite into it will not be eating there again

I grew up in this area and used to love this Bojangles. I moved out of state 3 years ago and was so excited to finally have a Bojang moment. However, first I was greeted by the Ai ordering bot (who was neither pleasant nor rude) but did not confirm back our order nor was there a screen to confirm so we were already hesitant. The drive through was alright even if it did seem like we had to wait for them to ship the ingredients from a different country or something for taking so long. Half of the things we ordered, they did not even have but their lovely BoLinda was not able to tell us that for us to order something else. We ate here twice, once for breakfast which was drier than a heat wave in the Sahara, much smaller than I remember, and the bo-rounds were absolutely disgusting. Lunch was worse as the chicken sandwich was also so flat and dry you would swear there was no meat at all and it was actually a car tire. Sorely disappointed and now turned off of my once beloved bojang. Rest in peace.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered and paid for a Fish Deluxe sandwich, but what I received was a plain fish sandwich with barely any sauce. When I tried to call and speak to someone about it, no one answered—I got an answering service instead. I left a message asking for a call back, but no one ever reached out. Since I live 15 minutes away, driving another 30 minutes just to get the correct order wasn’t worth it. At this point, I would’ve been satisfied with a simple apology or even a credit, but I got neither. Very frustrating experience.

I love this place! The Cajun Rice is a bit dry. But the chicken and the biscuits are always on point!

Went the Saturday morning for breakfast. The cashier was really nice and apologize bc they where busy and food was slow coming out. We ordered two chicken biscuits and got them. We took 3 bits of one and saw chicken was still almost raw. Took it back to get another one and second one was not cooked all the way either throw that one away. Did not feel well yesterday afternoon after eating chicken kept praying it was not food poisoning. Do not eat there.

Went through the drive thru this morning. I got chicken and egg biscuit which was very good. Everything was fresh. Lady at drive thru was very friendly.

Waited at the intercom to ordered for about 10 mins noone would ever say anything so i pulled up to the window and they said it was broke. How are you suppose to run a business and you cant even order correctly. This bojangles has really went down hill. Im surprised they still opened

Love the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit from Bojangles! It's so delicious – the biscuit just crumbles in your mouth, and the flavors are on point. It's definitely on the greasier side, so we don’t go often, but it's such a nice treat every now and then. Always a satisfying breakfast! Highly recommend if you're in the mood for something indulgent. OH, definitely try the bo berry biscuits!!

I stopped at this Bojangles for coffee and received outstanding service from the manager, Amanda. To upper management, please recognize the quality of employment she provides to your team. It’s only because of good folks like her that make me want to return in the future.
