Got a Cajun biscuit combo fries and Pepsi
They where out of pepsi. The chicken was so thin and dry. The only good thing was the fries. Waist of time to go back.and ask for a refund

I have been by there 3 times in the past month and they have not had the Bo chicken bites. They let me order and when I get to the window they tell me they don't have them they are frozen.

I have had a couple bad experiences at this restaurant. I wait a month or two then try it again, it's just hit or miss. It would be nice to be met with a smile at the drive thru and to be thanked. My chicken sandwich doesn't look appetizing does it? I asked for extra mayo? Definitely didn't even get normal amount of mayo.

Good afternoon. I bought two wing dinners, for both my husband and I, from your Ridgeway, Virginia location. The food was absolutely horrible!!! My husband and I got sick and we still have diarrhea after eating the side of rice and chicken started vomiting! The chicken wings, on both orders, were extremely hard throughout as if old batter had been used. Upon removing the hard crust on the chicken wings, we saw that the meat was brown and black as if it was old or spoiled and cooked. Now we're not sure which got her sick but it was absolutely horrible!!! This is definitely not what we expected. We are truly disappointed. Terribly disappointed in Bojangles. I hope my we doesn't have food poisoning

Ordered 45 dollar chicken meal and 3 sides! The dirty rice was sticky,gummy,nasty! Never waste my money at bojangles in ridgeway and waited about 15 minutes ??????.I give no stars.name is Hannah, Il'm the Guest Experience Coordinator for the Bojangles in Ridgeway, VA. I wanted to thank you for reaching out to me regarding the experience you had with us back in March. I'm truly sorry to hear that you received cold food and experienced a long wait time. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and I can understand how disappointing this must have been.
