Brenda's Catering truly outdid themselves at the Parker County Chamber of Commerce Gala last Thursday night! The menu was absolutely divine—Beef Tenderloin with Creamy Horseradish Sauce was perfectly cooked, and the Roasted Garlic Parmesan Potatoes were a crowd favorite. The Mixed Steamed Vegetables were fresh and flavorful, and the Hot Rolls & Butter were the perfect complement to the meal. This was our first time going to Brenda's, after a coworker recommended her, we were very pleased with the servings and prices of our plates. We are already planning on visiting her establishment again.
