Where do I start! Brenda catered an employee event for us this weekend. I experienced EXCEPTIONAL service from the first phone call to the day of the event! She is gem! The food was awesome! I have received multiple compliments, and I have to say her fried chicken was a hit. we will absolutely use Brenda again for our next event.

Food was overall okay. The BBQ Beef Ribs were absolutely amazing—tender, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the meal. That said, some items fell short. The mashed potatoes were made with powdered potato mix rather than fresh, which should really be disclosed ahead of time. The mac and cheese was undercooked, bland, and lacking seasoning—it was basically just noodles with cheese on top. Even the cheese topping wasn’t fully melted, which made it feel unfinished. I would recommend keeping the ribs exactly as they are, but improving the sides to match that same quality.

Brenda's Catering truly outdid themselves at the Parker County Chamber of Commerce Gala last Thursday night! The menu was absolutely divine—Beef Tenderloin with Creamy Horseradish Sauce was perfectly cooked, and the Roasted Garlic Parmesan Potatoes were a crowd favorite. The Mixed Steamed Vegetables were fresh and flavorful, and the Hot Rolls & Butter were the perfect complement to the meal. The Garden Salad with Brenda’s House Dressing was refreshing, and the Chocolate Bundt Cake with Chocolate Drizzle and Fruit was the perfect sweet ending to an incredible evening.
Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was impeccable. The team made sure everything went smoothly and provided top-notch hospitality. Thank you, Brenda's Catering, for making the evening even more memorable! Highly recommend for any event—excellent food, great service, and a flawless experience!

Hired Brenda’s catering service for my Grandmother’s 90th Birthday party & I was absolutely mortified with the quality of the food. The fried chicken was bland as a piece of unseasoned cardboard, the green beans & corn taste like the tin can they came out of. My brother was so disappointed with the food, he order Papa John’s. I wouldn’t recommend Brenda’s to feed my hunting dog much less my family & friends. I wish i had ?? so i could give them ????????

For a place that doesn't have their hours posted, (I came on 2:00 on a friday), and no signage, I was lucky enough to wander in at the behest of another patron sitting on the porch. I want to say this is without a question of doubt: the best pot roast I've had in my life, short of my grandma's own recipe. My only regret is not leaving room to try the fish.From what I understand the restaurant is open from 12:00-5:30. Unless they have a catering event. If the owner sees this review feel free to correct me about the hours.

Ms. Brenda ALWAYS serves the best home cooked foods. I especially love her roast beef, red potatoes, green beans, & mac & cheese. I would highly recommend stopping in to get a meal from her or if the opportunity is available hire her to cater your event. We have used her for several events and she is always provided top notch service with excellent food. She is a small business that brings so much to our community we love having her here.
