The atmosphere wasn't bad, it was my first time there due to I travel for my job. I had the Surf and Turf, the steak was done more medium well than medium. Besides that it's not a bad place.

Got here and had to go find someone to start our order after 40 minutes..they were not busy at all… waiter apologized and said our appetizer would be free.. Finally after a total of an hour and forty minutes we received our food.. crusty and cold.. the manager said he would take care of it.. took off the two plates that were cold but added the appetizer back.. when asked why he said he couldn’t take off anything else…?ruined birthday dinner…will not returnUpdate as of 1/7/24Emailed them back as requested to discuss the issues the within a day of their reply, which was very quick, and 2weeks+ have gone by without any contact.. still waiting..

Never again. Decided to try this being in Martinsville. Took 20 plus minutes to get a drink, we were the only ones dinning. When it came to ordering the person was rude and disrespectful. On top of that everything g we ordered they were either out of or said it "don't get that it don't taste good.just the whole atmosphere was no one cared. Got our food 1hr in. Don't waste your time. I always support mom and pops but this was just a waste of money.

I absolutely never have left a review, however if this helps make a change or prevents someone from wasting money so be it. Why bother? Why bother opening if you really don’t care to provide quality food or service? We found ourselves in Martinsville and stopped for lunch. They were not too busy yet we waited a bit for someone to come from the back to seat us and then again to take our order. No rushing, no urgency. I actually forgot I ordered a side salad as it had been so long since I ordered it when it was delivered. Of course the pasta I ordered was brought out literally at the same time. The pasta’ was luke warm at best and the Alfredo sauce was cool. We ran out of drinks and no one ever came to check on us once. My husband finally got up and took the glasses to be refilled. It made no difference. No apology. Finally the waitress came and asked did we need anything, I said the check and a box for the salad. The checking out process took about 10 minutes. She said they were having problems with the register. The over all feel of the place was no one cared at all. They weren’t upset or flustered. Just meandering along.

The food was horrible. I ordered the grilled chicken with fries and corn. The piece of chicken was about the size of the palm of my hand, hard as a brick, and bereft of any seasoning. The fries and corn were decent. My girlfriend ordered the Hawaiian chicken and could hardly finish it, and she only had one bite of the mashed potatoes. Our waitress, on the other hand, was lovely, very polite, and got us taken care of fast. She was the only good thing to come from going to this restaurant tonight.
