The food is amazing. The service used to be good but lately it has gone downhill. They used to be a lot nicer and take their time at your table.

Really enjoy the food. I usually order to-go, so I have never eaten in the restaurant but the service is on point and very customer-oriented, they always make sure to accommodate my order changes.

My waiter was so rude, food bad, was cold. Won't go back. Plus there was a bug of some kind on the table!

Definitely the BEST mexican food I have ever had. I ordered the three taco combo (2 Al pastor + 1 chorizo) and every taco was delicious. The Al Pastor in particular was OMG delicious!!! There was also SO MUCH food that I basically had tons of leftovers. They also kept the chips and salsa coming so don’t worry about being hungry when you dine here!

El Parral is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Martinsville/Henry County area. The people are super friendly. The food is always delicious and top quality. Prices are reasonable and, I think, slightly less than other Mexican Restaurants. We never get tired of eating at El Parral and have eaten there many, many times over the years.

Very upset that my wife’s food was missing almost all of the stuff that was supposed to come with it. Ordered the street tacos with steak and they were missing the rice lime pico and cilantro. It ruined our dinner that should have been lovely. I am more disappointed than anything. This was by far my favorite mexican food in the area.

HANDS DOWN BEST MEXICAN RESTAURANT BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE EVER HAD.Amazing food, drinks and service. The cheese dip is what brought us to this place by recommendation, as we are new to Virginia and boy, it did not disappoint. We had a little mexican restaurant in north Carolina that we thought was good but it doesn't touch you guys! Forgot the name of it but the burrito we got had shrimp, steak and bacon with the cheese dip sauce on top... so good.My husband loved the mango marg and i loved the pina Coloda..it was the best i have ever had. The chips with salsa and the cheese dip and fresh guac!! Chefs kiss... and The fried churro stuffed cheescake with ice cream ....to die for.Just go! You won't regret it

Hot chips, good salsa, freshly made good quality dishes and very nice, welcoming staff! Kitchen accidentally sent our chimichanga as chicken instead of beef tips, and the manager had a freshly made order out to us in 2 minutes! Wonderful family of owners, super nice people, treat all like family.

Waited 45 minutes with my family just for the host to tell us they won’t seat us because our party was too big.
