I am very new to VA, so I asked AI where the best pizza in town is, and Elizabeth’s showed up. I jump in the car, and fetched a large Elizabeth’s special! It smelled good, stayed warm until I got home, and it was pretty good. Not the “best” I have ever had, toppings were an average amount. The middle of the pizza was a little soggy, but that is expected. I do love my crust fairly crispy so I might be over judging. That is why I gave it 4 stars. It does beat out...
I ate at this place once a week. Sometimes twice. I always get the same thing. And I have never been disappointed, until my most recent visit. I always order double meat on my Hogie and have no problem paying for it. When I was given my total by the young man at the register, I noticed the price was for regular hogies and not with extra meat. When I asked if he gave us double meat he said yeah and gave me a funny look. When our subs we're done, they were not double meat....
