The manager yelled so loudly in front of me at her two young employees because an order was messed up. Verbal abuse will not correct a customer’s order. Not giving them another cent.

Ordered the chicken tender platter. The chicken was so tough. I think it had been cooked already, and they threw it back in the oil to heat it up. It was tough as shoe leather.
They have really went down hill on everything. Service is slow as a sloth, 1 in 10 people have the wrong items in their bag, not enough help on the front counter and people really need to but down their phones when at work. Attitude is blah, it's like 1 person works and 3 watch.
