Service was good. The breakfast was very good. The floors in dining area and hallway to bathrooms and the bathrooms was so nasty. This hardees is the dirtiest one in the area. We have ate at all hadees in our area. Ridgeway hardees is the cleanest one. Janice worksthe morning shift. She is forever cleaning if she's not working on taking ppls orders. She's the greatest worker there. The food is always delicious.

Ate at this establishment a couple days ago around 12pm. Food was pretty good, staff were nice. However, the store was not very clean with dirty stains on the floor, and the bathrooms being a mess. Parking lot is sort of cramped with one entrance and exit.This is not one of the better Hardee's in this area. If you're okay with a dingy atmosphere, it's okay.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had I get people can have a bad day but the service I got was unacceptable not just that got my order wrong and when I asked them to fix it gave me the worst attitude so I chose to leave it alone and as I was driving off they called me a B and after all that the food I did get was under cooked. So please don’t come here there is better options. After this I went to get my food somewhere else were they were under staffed but yet I got amazing customer service.

Ordered a 5 peice tender combo with unsweetened tea, Got to the Window and the Young Lady said here is your Coke. That should have given me a heads up. Got into a parking space and opened the bag to see what looked like a burger wrapped up. Go back to the drive thru Window and told another nice Lady what that I Ordered and she said I'm Sorry and very Quickly got my order correct. Got back to my parking spot and started eating probably the Best Tenders that I have ever gotten there, the only other bad thing was my 5 was only 4.
