Guy that works the drive thru in has no personality. Very dry and rude with his response never says thank you or have a good day. I don't think you need someone like that taking orders or working the drive thru window!

This is an amazing Hardee's I stepped in here because my wife had to use the bathroom decided to order me and the family some biscuits I was greeted with smiles from chastity she was a manager and she was working the register good she has an amazing team breakfast is amazing I would come here anytime during breakfast hours because they are a hard-working and care about their customer atmosphere team five stars to this restaurant in the morning time not sure about lunch or dinner but I know breakfast is amazing Burger King on the other hand in Collinsville and Martinsville poor ratings for them Hardee's is where it's at the one in Martinsville makes the best breakfast and gives you the best feeling in the morning. So if you want good smiles great atmosphere good food and start your day off right I recommend Hardee's in the morning time in Martinsville kudos chastity for running such a great store. And FYI it is not expensive either five stars all around.

Went there today looked like every worker was gone took 5 minutes for someone to come from out back and take my order spent 15$ for a combo with old rubbery fries and a burger that had to have been setting under the heat lamp for hours sorriest food I have ever gotten at Hardee's they should fire the whole crew

The food and service at this location was absolutely horrible!!! We ordered 3 sausage and egg biscuits and it was absolutely atrocious!!! The food appeared to be old!!! The biscuits were extremely dark brown, crispy and hard. The eggs were hard and crispy around the edges and just cold and thin in the middle and the sausages were dark on the outside and inside and hard throughout. The only reason that we couldn't take it right back is because we came on our lunch break. Absolutely horrible

I ordered Frisco burgers with no tomatoes here several times in the last week, and they were delicious! Using buttered and toasted sourdough bread for a burger is an awesome idea, and adds that slight buttery crispiness on the outside that goes with the bacon, melted cheese, and charbroiled beef on the inside to make a delicious sandwich. Everyone is always friendly here, and my order was fast and accurate. I will be back for more! :)

The service was great. Cashier was very friendly. My chicken wrap had way to much honey mustard, but it was good. The tea was very good. Manager was very nice and hospitable.

Warning: Avoid dining at this establishment. My recent experience with the Superstar burger and tenders from the drive-thru was highly disappointing. The burger was messy, and the tenders tasted stale and were served lukewarm. The thought of consuming the food made me feel unwell, prompting me to dispose of it. Furthermore, upon entering the premises, it was evident that the Hardee's location lacked cleanliness standards. I even observed an employee walking over the fries at the fry station, and the dark color of the fries suggested infrequent oil changes. Service was extremely slow, indicating a need for better management. For the sake of your well-being, I strongly advise against dining here. Instead, consider visiting the Hardee's in Ridgeway as a preferable alternative.
