The subs here are fantastic., but you pay for it. The service was great and they seemed like they didn't mind helping a customer. The store was nice and clean. My subs were fixed quickly. Nice place.

I've been to many jersey mikes... this store has horrible service... I didn't even get a sandwich... one person waiting for a pick up order when I walked in... cashier had me wait several minutes before I could place my order and then proceeded to tell me it's gonna be a wait cuz they have orders to do first... I walked out... never mind I'll go spend my money elsewhere

This is my favorite sub place! Just picked up lunch and there were two people working. Those two were absolutely killing it. Just amazing consistency with the order quality. Super polite, thorough and courteous.

Unimpressed with such a new store so dirty, and overpriced. My first and last time at Jersey Mike's. I was excited to try it.I felt it was unsanitary, overpriced,dirt trash on floor, cabnets under fountain machine filthy, napkin dispencer filthy, lettuce was brown, and why are they asking for a tip when I pay? Im not tipping Mc Donalds, Burger King, or Subway etc..etc.. and I wont be tipping here.

I recently visited this Jersey Mike's, and it was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment you walk in, it's a great clean atmosphere. Their commitment to fresh ingredients and top-notch service truly sets them apart in the sub shop scene.

One standout item on the menu that I can't recommend enough is Mike's Famous Philly.
We got the giant, big enough for 2 people, it was delicious, made to order.

I was currently at your location. I was impressed with the level of customer service despite the 2 customers ahead of me being difficult displayed. The hostess that prepared my sub was totally awesome. I finally received an actual regular sub. All times prior to today's visit I've been getting subs that were less than half of a giant sub. I heard her explain to another customer the sizes of the bread. She as well as the young lady that it was her first day on the job did very well today. Customer service like that is why I will continue to return.

I want to applaud this store for the wonderful job they did on a catering order I placed. We had the unfortunate loss of a family member and I sent JM catering to my family there in VA. I am currently a GM for JM in South Carolina and was unable to make it up for the service so I sent what I knew was something I knew my family would enjoy. They were so pleased with the subs! Thank you for bringing a little joy to my family during this time of loss. #asubabove

Paid $18 for the nastiest sandwich I have ever had. So much oil and vinegar that the bread was mush. Had to put the insides on hamburger buns just to be able to eat it. Paid $58 for 3 large subs and 3 unhappy people. I know where I will never eat in Martinsville again.

My Husband ordered me an Italian Sub and brought it home and it was cheese, letttuce and green peppers. I called to tell them they forgot the meat and the girl argued with me and said it was a veggie Sub and hung up on me.
