We ordered the country fried steak, it was steak and not cube steak. I had mashed potatoes and macaroni salad. Mashed potatoes awesome. Lemonade a bit sweeter than normal, but the fact that it's homemade, I guess that's the difference. hubby had cucumber salad with his meal.

I highly recommend you call before you drive there. And MeeMaw, If you say you're open, it's good business to actually be open. Can't comment on the food. It was a beautiful drive to get there but super disappointing that it was closed. We were HUNGRY!! Of If I had a car full of hungry kids, I would have been mad as a hornet.

Drove 15 mikes to eat here on a Saturday and they were closed. Really disappointed

I was beyond impressed with this restaurant. I actually stopped by two weeks ago and they were closed during business hours, but learned today that they were doing repairs. The chicken and waffles were so good. The chicken tasted fresh and seemed like it was freshly made. They had $2 fresh lemonade. Service was friendly and the place had a cool theme going on inside. I highly recommend.

Just ate here today and the food was delicious! The grilled chicken with pinto beans and green beans was amazing! Our server was very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a good home cooked meal!

A local favorite You know if they're open when they have cars in the parking lot at least that's what I was told. Halibut and it was absolutely phenomenal. The tomato cucumber onion salad however was a major disappointment I will know next time to never order that one again but overall the atmosphere was very quaint and cozy and comfortable I look forward to going again.

Wish I could post about the food. After seeing the hours we drove over and they're closed today July 1st at 12:45 website says they're open as of 11:00 a.m. this morning. Not the way to do business
