This is a little bitty hole in the wall deli type restaurant. If you didn't know it was there you would miss it all together. But the server was sweet and polite friendly and didn't rush which is nice especially when you've never been there and need to read the menu. I got a chef salad it was actually okay I wish there had been more tomatoes but you don't get everything. My girlfriend happens to love this place and I'm glad she took me I'd be willing to go again.

Service was good, I got 2 eggs, bacon, and grits with toast. I ordered my eggs over medium they came out over easy that was the only thing that was hot on my plate. The grirs has cold big lumps in them wouldn't even melt butter. The toast was very light needed to be more not even enough to melt butter. Coffee had been cooked a little long wasn't as fresh as I like. Bacon was precooked and cold. I don't think I'll be coming back to Skips for a while..

Never heard of this place but it's a little quaint restaurant. Doesn't look like much from the outside or inside but the food was great. Good portions and cooked to my request. The toast could've been crisper. The omelet was perfect, the bone fries were thinly sliced and crispy the way I like them. No ketchup needed. The service was excellent, never had to ask for a refill. I will definitely be stopping back by.

We stopped here on Thursday morning. Nice little casual dinner. I had the western omelet along home fries they were really good!! Make sure you get there early. It does get busy. Staff was very nice definitely a local favorite.
