I ordered this morning at 7:30 to pick up my order before work and I had already paid for the order and the front doors were locked. I should be able to come in and get my order instead of going through the drive through which was backed out almost into the road. Either open the other lane since it’s there or open the front door for your customers!! This is BS, never coming back to this one

I’m so flustered with Starbucks! I order americanos because I like a stronger coffee. I order with a splash of oat milk which is supposed to be 1/2 inch of oatmilk. But I constantly get way more oatmilk than that! I want to taste the coffee not just milk! Please train your baristas how to prepare what a customer is asking for! I’m tired of wasting my money!

The staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Everytime I go there my order is wrong. I order on the App, so what I want is right there. Yet, my order is always wrong. I recommend going to the Ground Floor. The service is always great!

It’s good because it’s Starbucks but I get the same thing every time I go and my coffee tastes different every time I go here. I am unable to have caffeine in large amounts so I always get the decaf espresso roast and 90% of the time have to go back through because they didn’t use any coffee at all. Today I had to go back through 2 times before it was right and the final one I received that was “right” had caffeine in it and now I am having horrible side effects.

So glad they are able to make drink now for no extra charge for non- dairy people. I was charged 70 cents extra for non-dairy before. Great staff and Selena @ Martinsville store is fabulous!! Always a smile on her face
