I frequent this location multiple times a week. The staff is very friendly and efficient. If they happen to forget a topping on a drink, they are quick to right the situation with a smile on their face. There is ample room to sit and enjoy your food/beverage inside or outside. The Martinsville location always has a wide variety of coffee beans and coffee cups/mugs for puchase. I always leave with a smile on my face and delicious beverages/food items.

These guys always mess up drinks and do not pay attention to detail. We will call to give them a chance to make it right bit when it comes to that we are so fed up we'd rather just go get our caffeine fix elsewhere. I can't speak for them all, but one of the managers there is extremely rude and disrespectful. This would be a great location if they had good help. That all branches from the leadership.
This Starbucks location has been in Martinsville for a touch over a year (opened July 2022). I have found myself visiting this location less and less. This particular visit revolved around the BOGO Fall Drink promotion that Starbucks was running. The promotion was Buy a Fall Drink Get One Free - after 12 pm. First thing I noticed when walking into the Martinsville Starbucks was how MANY employees were present. I am not used to that at other smaller locations. Not only were there a LOT of employees behind the counter (I counted 6 with 2 coming in for shift), but they had enough 'free time' that the employees were literally playing 'patty cake' with one another. Don't get me wrong. It is fantastic if you can find a place that you love working. However - with no one in line, you would think you would get fast service. NOPE.....literally NO. First was the whole - 'XXXX do you mind helping this customer'. All while employees discussed customers, what they did last night and other exploits. I have never seen a location where its a chore for the Starbucks employees to figure out WHO can run the register. Then the wait. Nevermind the fact there were so many folks working, the wait was insane. A hefty gentleman with a beard and a poor customer service attitude came out of the back and finally made my drink. Once again - my drink was made incorrectly. Now - you would think when the employee realized the drink was made wrong they would apologize and proceed to make it correctly. The fella (who I am assuming was the manager on duty), proceeds to talk about how I ordered my coffee OUT LOUD to a female employee. I had to wait while he put the drinks he made incorrectly into the drive thru section and told the guy working drive thru to peel off the stickers and give them to the next person who ordered a pumpkin spiced latte. Wow!!! WOW....WOW!!! Then I asked if there was a problem with my drink order. The gentleman looked at me but ignored me. I stepped back from the counter and started looking around. Here is where I should have asked for my money back. The FLOORS were filthy. They looked like they were host to an entire kindergarten class during play time. The counters were filthy. Not only were there used dishes on the working counter with rags in them, the pickup counter had spilled coffee, coffee grounds and spilled Refreshers all over the place. How do coffee grounds end up on the customer counter? Remember what I said about all the employees playing patty cake??? Once the fella finally got off his high horse about my drinks, he hands me my VENTI coffee filled to the GRANDE size in the cup. Same yourself time, money, and energy. Visit the location NON-CHAIN stores that are in town. Not only will you have a clean environment, but I can promise no one is standing around with their thumbs twiddling or mouthing off about the fact THEY fixed drinks incorrectly.

Mobile order, 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 iced venti drinks and cake pops. The coffee was made just perfect. The sandwich where very good ( no melted cheese keeping bag closed ) staff is attentive and Courteous. They have outdoor door and indoor seating. Inside is open concept, chairs to close to each other . Outdoor seating has a canopy so the sun doesn’t melt you down.Parking: You have 10 min parking for mobile orders up front. And dine in parking by the drive thru.

Usually a good experience at Starbucks, this time not so much. Breakfast was microwaved (first time ever ordering) new drinks were watered down. Will go to the local coffee shop from now on.
