came into the store and ordered 12 tacos to go. The order board says 12 taco supremes which comes with hamburger, cheese, lettuce, tomato and sour cream. I asked for no sour cream on all 12 tacos. When I got home I found that no sour cream had been added but that a surcharge of $7.60 had been added to the bill for an upcharge of tomato. This is outrageous and I fault myself for not looking at the receipt and questioning the cashier about the upcharge. I don't thimk I'll be back....read full review

Taco Bell is a great spot with spacious and clean facilities. The staff are wonderful, providing excellent service and always being friendly and attentive. Many customers have been loyal for years, and while there have been some issues with orders, such as missing extra items or incorrect sauces, the staff, especially managers like Dominique Carter, go out of their way to fix problems and ensure satisfaction. Some meals, like spicy potato soft tacos, may not always be fresh, but overall, the experience is positive. Customers also notice and appreciate the patience and welcoming attitude of employees, making the visit more enjoyable even when mistakes happen.
