I have had a way better experience at this Taco Bell compared to the other one down the road. This one took cash no problem, was very nice, and made sure everything was in the bag.
Lol the other location tried to make me pay card because the cashier didn't want to go get more cash 🤷♀️ tried to lie and say they don't take cash - I insisted and said I left my wallet in the car and then they magically took cash again.

Upon arrival we found the parking lot to be almost at capacity. We were sure we would walk into a full restaurant. However, when we went in there were only three tables taken and no one in line. So we're not sure why so many cars were taking up practically all of the parking spaces.
We placed our order for three adults. Two out of those three meals were correct. My husband's meal was incorrectly prepared but rather than taking the order back to the counter for correction he opted to eat it anyway and in all honesty, he didn't enjoy his burritos at all.
The food was prepared in a timely manner but with errors.
The restaurant was clean and void of loud music which we appreciated.
We probably won't visit this location again because of the lack of attention to our order.

I hope the people that work here see this, I APPRECIATE YALL! Every time I go drive thru or come in, the people that work here are so nice to me and my daughter. My order almost always come out perfect too, and I never have to wait more than a minute or two. Today especially, the drive thru worker was super sweet. Really listened to my order and my request. Thanks for the hard work y’all do, I know you don’t get paid enough for the b.s you have to deal with.
My only complaint is my spicy potato soft tacos are never fresh. I’ll wait for them if need be, okay! I know they probably don’t get ordered like that. Still 5 stars for everything else tho 🤣

Theyre gona mess up your order every time .. and they'll say they will fix it later if you come back so you go back they mess it uo again. The food is always under cooked and nasty. The one in collinsville is way better

Lexi's was beyond patient and amazing. She went out of her way to ensure that our food would be right with us having allergies to certain foods and gloves was changed. She had such a bright smile that was very welcoming!

Place an order on DoorDash at 1:21 am, the lazy bums on night shift decide to put food up and shut down almost an hour before the store is scheduled to close. So I leave work since no dasher was assigned to be told they were closed 15 mins before set close time.
