came into the store and ordered 12 tacos to go. The order board says 12 taco supremes which comes with hamburger, cheese, lettuce, tomato and sour cream. I asked for no sour cream on all 12 tacos. When I got home I found that no sour cream had been added but that a surcharge of $7.60 had been added to the bill for an upcharge of tomato. This is outrageous and I fault myself for not looking at the receipt and questioning the cashier about the upcharge. I don't thimk I'll be back. A true waste of money.

Just had the worst tacos that I've had at Taco Bell most in not all my tacos were greasy asf and taco shell were soft and sticking to the paper these were quite literally the worst mf tacos I've ever had in my life

They are out of almost every drink. They were out of quesadilla sauce so they just decided to put their sauce of choice on my food. This Taco Bell location has been horrible the last 3 trips so we will not be going back. We ate there a couple times a week for years but the last several months have been the worst food experiences in my life

It's a great place for quick tacos and other taco related foods. All the food here is good. I've ate just about everything on the menu and my favorite food here is the deluxe chicken chalupa with nacho cheese sauce added on it and I also like the nachos bellgrande. The only complaint I have is they occasionally get my order wrong or leave something out when ordering through doordash. Other than that it's great!!!
