Today we here at Bisbee Honda had the pleasure of having tad tavern cater our Saturday lunch, and let me just say they didn’t let us down. We had grilled chicken, green beans and mashed potatoes and it was amazing and also a light good meal for us while working. We dealt with Scherria with booking everything and she was wonderful and such a great person to deal with. Highly recommend them for anything

The first time ever there was two weeks ago and all I can say is I’m definitely going back. The food was very scrumptious. I had shrimp & grits and it was sooooooo fulfilling. The next time I go, I think I’m gonna try the lamb chops and probably a lobster tail.I will say if you have not been there, please make it your business to get there. The staff is very nice as well!

From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left, Tad’s Tavern made us feel truly welcome. We were lucky enough to catch a solo jazz guitarist playing live, which set the perfect mood for the evening. Our waitress was exceptional—she orchestrated the entire dining experience flawlessly, balancing professionalism with warmth and attentiveness.
The food was absolutely delicious, prepared with care and served at just the right pace. The atmosphere was calming and casual, with a peaceful energy that allowed us to fully enjoy each other’s company over a well-cooked meal.
I’m especially grateful to find a place like this in Martinsville. Normally, I’d have to drive 45 minutes to Greensboro for an extraordinary dining experience, but Tad’s Tavern proves that fine dining, great music, and genuine hospitality can be found right here at home. A true gem— i’ll definitely be back

I took my Son here for dinner as a pregame to his birthday dinner. He was pleased as well and shares my sentiment. This is a MUST try both my Son and I said we'll be back. Folks stop complaining it's pricy it's not. It's on par for the food you order!

My husband and I went to Tad Tavern today for brunch with friends for the first time, and it was awesome! The food and service were amazing. Our server was super attentive, always checking on us and keeping our drinks full. I got the grilled chicken omelet with a Martinsville Mimosa, and he had the chef's special with a mimosa. Did not know this place existed until this past week. I’ve been missing out! The service and food is top notch (especially for Martinsville). There was live music (Friday night) which provided some great atmosphere. We had the salmon dish and churrasco steak which was phenomenal! The cocktails were perfect as well. Chef Gustavo even came out to introduce himself and check on how we were enjoying the food. It’s definitely a more upscale place for this town. If you’re looking for a great place to take a date, or just relax with some great food and cocktails, this is your spot!

What a great find in martinsville. The atmosphere is contemporary. The food is excellent. I had the mahi dolphin fish in a mango sauce with Caesar salad and asparagus. The asparagus was grilled and served with a balsamic reduction. They also have a bar. It’s nice to get a nice mixed drink sometimes. I would definitely recommend and go back there to eat again. The service was great too. If you want a great place to eat in martinsville this is the place.
