Recently stopped in for a late dinner as we arrived into town late (traveled down from Michigan). We had low expectations as the place didn't come recommended by our inn host, it was a challenge to get to through the parking lot and it looked like they may be closing early due to an empty dining room. We were pleasantly surprised when we were greeted by a friendly server (I think her name was Pam) who took great care of us. Our food was phenomenal! The cook, Teresa, had worked...
The food is top notch. Extremely flavorful. Great flavor combinations. Pam was very attentive and super friendly. She had a very good working knowledge of the menu and answered every question. Very warm and comfortable feel to the place. Will return a lot of times.
Hidden gem . We enjoyed a southern soul food lunch traveling through martinsville for the first time . Kiley, our server has great . Food was delicious . Mac and cheese reminded me of my grandmothers recipe . Will definitely return if I am in martinsville again .
