By far one of out worst dining experiences to date.
Waited over an hour to get a table, and after being sat down, spent 30 minutes while trying to grab multiple servers attention until one of the bussers finally got us menus. Then after another 15 minutes we got the attention of the same busser and asked for a server to take our order. After 15 more minutes, a total of 2 hours of waiting, we left, without even a glass of water.
Definitely not a great first impression on Massanutten Resort services. We definitely wont return to Splash's.

I came here to play bingo and get drinks and maby food but this is just nasty never got served after waiting a long time also it's filthy stuff on tables after there cleaned and the silverware look at photos

Service horrible, there were hungry customers waiting to be seated but restaurant was busy hosting bingo, not accepted. Have bingo outside lunch and dinner time. Salad bag from Walmart is worth every penny than here. Waitress was awesome but overwhelmed by kitchen ordered.

Went for Saturday night live music. Musician was great, friendly, and even took requests.
However there was a total of ten people in the place. Between the three people working it took 30 minutes to get drinks, three of which were beers.
Service slow.. if looking for a bar..go to a place where wait staff is old enough to have tried the drinks they are serving.

Slow service. Server told us the Mac & Cheese was bad and the fish (from the fish and chips) had bones in them, which it typically shouldn't have in them. I got the chicken dinner, which never stated that it would be bone-in chicken instead of boneless, however the chicken thigh came out RAW. Could've been sent to the hospital from that. Told the server about it and they said the cooks had a hard time making the chicken. That's no excuse for serving raw chicken, if it's hard to make, then make some changes or don't make it at all. It felt like forever getting just drinks, our food, and we eventually had to call the server over just for the check. Place felt empty, which is normal when the food served is bad. Also, apparently they fry everything with the same oil, meaning cross contamination is occurring. Had I've gotten the fish and chips, my mom would've had an allergic reaction because her chicken and fries were fried with my fish.
Overall, empty restaurant, slow service, and possible life-threatening food. Skip this restaurant.

Very overpriced. Ordered walking tacos for $12 and got a bag of doritos with nacho cheese on them
Food was brought out cold steamed veggies were hard as a rock, took 20 minutes to get mixed drinks which were underwhelming. The meat tasted funky and to top it off it was $90 for the food. I will not waste my evening here to grab dinner. If there was a zero star option I would select it. 0/10 recommend

Slow service. Waited over 20 min just to get a drink order. If you have shellfish allergies you can't have anything fries here as they fried everything on same oil. Cross contamination risk is very high. Burger was order well done and it was definitely medium. The tender yad good flavor fries are ok. The fish fry is OK nothing special

Stopped in for a beer while kids were in arcade...only 1 person at the bar and it took 15 minutes just to get asked what we wanted to drink....restaurant wasn't busy so it wasnt like the bartender was busy. Ordered a miller draft and a Margareta. Beer tasted funky and I wasn't the only one who sent it back. Took forever to get our drinks. Every drink the bartender did make he had to look up how to make it. Not impressed.

This place has got to have the worst service. I had to go to the bar multiple times to get drinks that were ordered from the waitress, but never delivered. Prices are decent and food is good, no reason to tip much here is a plus, unless you’re on vacation and don’t want to wait on yourself.
