I stopped by after traveling and ordered a bbq and fries it took almost an hour to get my food when it came it was awful the bbq was dry and the fries were burnt. I would never order there again. The kids running the place have no business doing so . The most unprofessional place I have ever seen.

First time eating here, it was convenient because it’s down the road from my room. Only got pizza and fries, it sucked! Later on I was relaxing and then boom, diarrhea! Ruined the rest of my vacation

The chicken were uncooked and overpriced. Pizza tasted like it was frozen for a box! Pulled pork was the only decent food you can buy from there. Mac and cheese was dried and taste like cardboard.

Large selection of good food.

The food is good. We are not very fond of the kiosk ordering. There are no descriptions of the food. We had difficulty navigating what to do after using the kiosk. We miss the wonderful ladies at the registers that would make recommendations and answer questions about the food. This was not as good of an experience as we have had in the past.

Cheese pizza was burnt to a crisp, and was extremely dry. Tasted almost like it was baked first thing in the morning, kept under a heat lamp all day, then re-baked again right before we picked it up that evening. Staff was friendly enough, but pizza was almost inedible.

The day I went they had minimal staff and had run out of items from the menu. Macaroni & Cheese isn’t the biggest deal to me but if I had children with me that would matter. Looking at when I placed the order to when I received my order an hour passed. It was a good thing I didn’t show up very hungry. There is no human interaction when placing the order, it’s all by kiosk. They lost points from me because that’s a personal preference getting to interact with someone or ask questions. After waiting the hour to get my food it was actually a lot better than I was expecting. The pizza had good flavor and the brisket was both flavorful and not dry. Unfortunately, during my wait I decided to take the food back to where I was staying. It was unfortunate because it was good after some time had passed, so I bet it would have been better fresh.

There were seven others that placed orders I knew there as well and they all experienced issues with their orders. One in my party ordered a salad and the cashier was the only one making them. When asked when the salad would be ready he realized it was his job and that he would have to take a break from the register to make it. The salad took an hour and twenty plus minutes from ordering to receiving. Another of our party ordered chicken tenders and macaroni and cheese and they ran out of both. This issue was they never notified our friend they were out. She waited over an hour and a half to learn they were out of supply.

This place has promise if they can manage to stay stocked and hire enough staff to get orders out in a reasonable time. The food that night really was good. They just made far too many mistakes and took way too long for me to return anytime soon.

Lastly, the place was busy, but no more so than other restaurants in the same niche so I can’t say that is or was a reason for the night going how it did.

My overall trading may be a little unfair because it was an extremely busy President's Day weekend that i visited. After a full day of skiing or other snow sport activity, everyone was in search of some much needed sustenance.
The wait was extremely long, and the menu was missing a lot of items, which I imagine are their staples, but the staff was gracious under pressure and really pleasant given the circumstances. Waited for almost an hour for pizza, mac & cheese, beans, and pulled chicken. The pizza was the star. Everything else was just okay or sufficient for a hungry belly.
You order at a digital terminal, then take the ticket to the counter on the other side of the restaurant for payment, then wait for your food. However, there's no signage to let you know you need to take the ticket to the window... this was my only pain point.
I would give the service 5 stars because the staff was indeed pleasant, but the hour long wait for basically fast food was a killer.
Would love to go back when they are not so busy and have a full menu for a proper review because the pizza was actually really tasty!!!

There's a reason why this place gets a 3 rating. If busy, be prepared to wait for over an hour. By that time anything and everything tasted good, but we didn't see any of the serious issues other reviewers had found; although the pizza slice looked like us, in that it'd been there a while. Have to say, staff were very apologetic about the wait. My recommendation is to go when it's quiet. Or, cook at home.

Listed hours online don't reflect that of the actual hours. Wanted to get a pizza and they are closed already...very disappointed.

I was hopeful going here since my toddler is obsessed with pizza. After one bite he refused to eat it. The brisket I was told was “good today,” implying it wasn’t great every day. It was honestly the worst barbecue I have ever had. It was clear it was under a heat lamp for a long, long time. We ordered at the kiosk and it took a long time to actually pay for our food. They were out of pizza slices and wine as well as some other foods. It would be worth driving somewhere else.
