Exactly what I would want from a Classic Diner experience. Great food (and fast), friendly staff, good prices. Topped off with a perfect to-go milkshake. Traveling alone, I sat at the counter.
We called ahead and made a reservation. No one greeted us at the door and there were several other couples and a family standing there. I told a waitress we had a reservation. Yep, we got seated after everyone else. Don't bother with a reservation. Food was ok not great.
Richardson's is an old school diner and ice cream shopped steeped in local history. The walls are covered in nostalgia and the round bar stools and counter really sets this place apart due to it authenticity. The food is excellant and has the classic country charm to the menu. This restaurant is everything you want if you're looking for a good meal in a place with alot of charm.
