Poor customer service/incorrect pricing. The wings online show a pricing of $7.95 I called to verify this price and was told that was correct so I ordered them in addition to my chicken sub with no lettuce no mushroom. When I arrived they charged me $15.95 for the wings even though the price showed different and the clerk verified the price shown. None the less I just paid for it rather than go back and forth. Once I got home I noticed that my chicken sub has lettuce which I am allergic to so I called to inform them and they told me to bring it back. I explained that I live 20 minutes away and would not be back today but that they could correct it the next time instead of doing a refund. The young boy on the phone was very rude so I asked to speak to management, they went back and forth arguing because no one wanted to speak with me. I offered to send pictures so that they could see the order was wrong. Management then got on the phone and told me to either bring the sandwich back tonight or put the sandwich in a cooler and bring back another day when I am able to otherwise they would not replace it even though I opted to send pictures of the messed up order.

I saw this place on my way back from dropping off construction materials in Kilmarnock. First thing I always try is the pizza. The cheese was falling off the pizza like in the goofy movie. Absolutely delicious. Wonderful customer service as well. Will return anytime I'm passing by to try more things.

The best pizza and sauce within a 50 mile radius at least! I drive by 3 other Italian restaurants just to get to this one! The best in and out of town, hands down!

Ordered Hawaiian pizza and Supreme pizza both extra large. For myself a pizza has to not only taste great but look great! They deliver both in my opinion. I will be going back for more!!!

This is our local place that we have eaten at dozens of times A small mom and pop style italian restaurant with a wide variety of pizza type foods, salads and sandwiches. Never had a bad meal, never a reason to not eat here,

What happened? Albaro’s used to be pretty good. Today an ultimate hot dog came with two microwaved hot dogs on a cold huge bun. Fry one hot dog and toast the bun!

Our friends who live in town made the recommendation for take out. It was very good! The portions are generous. My husband got the lasagna, it comes with side salad and bread, he really enjoyed it. I got the calamari as appetizer to share they were tasty too! We recommend, dinner for 6 was $110. and it included 2 apps. We’d go back when visiting for sure.

I can’t tell you whether the food was good or not. This was our first time to try the place. We waited 47 minutes and never got our food, 2 sandwiches and an order of wings. Five tables that were seated after us received their food. We drove down the road to Nick’s Steak House and were seated within two minutes, and had food within five minutes. And Nick’s was packed when we got there.

The first time we went in, we were charged for 3 individual pizzas when we got 2. I thought it was just an oversight by the waitress. She was quick to apologize and rectify it. No harm, no foul. But the second time there, we ordered a large 3 topping with the toppings divided in half. 3 different on one side and 3 on the other. We knew there would be a "little" extra charge, maybe $2 or $3 tops added to the bill for the meager amount added to HALF the pizza (vegetables). But to add $5.00 for a 1/4 cup of frozen broccoli bits is outrageous. Not sure if the owner wants it that way or if it is a way to pad the bill for a higher tip? But, either way it's not ethical or fair so they will be losing yet more customers. Too bad because the pizza is tasty. :(
