Big shoutout to Burger King associate Serenity, she was very kind. She made sure that I had everything I needed before I left. Serenity went above and beyond, she made sure that me and my family each had a crown and helped us to fit them to our rather large heads. When we arrived, she said “thank you for choosing Burger King, where YOU rule!” That statement alone made my night. I would like to thank the staff at fort chiswell burger king for being positive and kind through my whole experience. I look forward to returning in the future!

They messed up what I wanted on my burger, the onion rings were cold, and about 1/4 of my chicken fries were missing. They told me to park next to the window in the parking spot to make corporate like their drive thru times. It's obvious the store needs more employees and motivated employees. Stand up for yourself. The only way you'll get your boss to care is if you hurt the company profits.

I am extremely worried about my health now, to thw point im almost not going to eat this food. Two of the four employees back there were coughing uncontrollably, and one of the other, she put her fingers under her paints wasteband!
Won't return here... IF they ever get me the food!

The staff were rly rude and they seem rly annoyed with us making some changes to the orders, not to mention they messed up my order at least 3 times, I had to mention I don’t want pickles 2 times and when I got my meal, my burger still had pickles in it, the atmosphere was horrible, no one barely comes here and the food was served slowly, the ketchup taste horrible

Left half our food out of the order what should have been a 15-20 min stop turned in to 30. Don’t stop here! There’s a McDonald’s down the road!
