For a little BK next to a gas station, service and food were top notch. 👌 Employees greeted us, were super helpful with my coupon code and brought our food out to the dining area. Dining room was clean and well maintained. Recommend highly

Came on 10/1/2024 they dint have French fries so they substituted them with onion rings which seemed like they came straight from the freezer! The place was dirty and very unpleasant, guy at the front was mean and nasty and kept complaining of pain!

Wow traveling from North Carolina to stop for gas and food. We Ordered three of their junior Whopper dual news. Was asked to wait which is fine. As long as my food is hot when it comes out. Fries were cold. Burger's were cold and tasted stale. You could tell the food had been sitting there for a while... $30 for food we couldn't even eat...
Poor service and slow. Just 2 guys today on May 27 2024 The wait to get your order is around 10 to 15 mins and the air conditioning is off or not working. I understand nowadays nobody wants to work for those places anymore but it's not because they don't pay good but the inflation right now is not helping at all as well. Just keep it in mine without you and us all this wouldn't work at all.

I am always asked to wait sometimes over 5 minutes before my order is taken. After my order is taken I am again asked to pull into a parking stop and I have had to wait upwards of 15 minutes to reserve my order and more times than not my food is cold and not even fresh.

Waited for 25 minutes for food in the drive thru. Finally left because we had an apt.and couldn't wait any longer. Never received our food. 2 people, not a large order. Wasted our time and we will also have a three hour apt to move through on empty stomachs. Was never told we should expect an abnormally long wait period.
