I ordered at the counter and paid and said I was dining in. My order kept saying it was “In Progress.” Finally, I went up the counter and asked was told “be patient, we’re short staffed.” Turns out, my order was sitting on the counter getting cold with a receipt next to it that wasn’t mine. Even if you’re short staffed, how hard was it to call my name? I get these are entry level jobs, but dang.

I sat in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes total. Took forever for someone to take my order. Then I sat at the window, once I got one of the workers attention I had to ask for my food, and of course when I got it, everything was cold. I expressed this to the worker and he said "what do you want me to do about it?"
