A pretty standard subway. Almost no one there on a weekday at 17:00. Conveniently located just east of Harrisonburg on the way to Charlottesville. Could use a little maintenance in the bathroom, but everything worked and it was fairly clean. Food was good, no problems.

I would normally give a 5 for the customer service except for the fact that this last Thursday I went in for a couple subs. And I let the guys behind the counter know that I had an allergy and requested a new knife. The tall one with brown hair and tattoos then rolled his eyes and huffed because he had to go to the back to get one then proceeded to come up front and lay the knife in a bit of mayo on the counter. ?? Alicia did a great job preparing my spicy Italian sub, it was delicious.Alicia and her co-worker was very friendly and I will be visiting this subway again before I return home to West River, Maryland.
