I came to pick up an Uber Eats order with my husband, it was two pizzas and a bag and the pizza came with liquid which spilled. They should be more careful with food. It was terrible service

Oh yes hello I member of McLean community since 1988 and I'm very disappointed today on Sunday September 30th about the bad Pizza on located drive in McLean I guess all the young kids from high school they quit it was only one cook he told me you have to wait 10-15 minutes just for one pizza and I was expecting the best I see the ingredients they are not very fresh and they also use vegetable oil not olive oil and they have like a well processed American salami which is very unhealthy for specially for young kids full of GMO glucose Roundup I do not recommend this place that's all there are some other better places which they use wood burning oven using good ingredients one of them is crust Pizza in Vienna Virginia and one of them is Italian oven on Old Dominion drive so you if you are concerned about the health for your family and children order from the great places with the reputation and the service they can deliver

Excellent “Buffalo NY” style pizza and chicken wings. Highly recommend both. Tastes like the flavors and preparation of Western NY and Niagara Falls.

The oven broke down so the order had to redone. Pizza dough was thin and raw, not enough sauce though we ordered heavy sauce. Just a bad experience allaround. Terrible pizza.

I just called the Mclean location at 1:29 pm today to order a cheesesteak, fries and 10 wings. Upon the Manager picking up the phone I asked to place a order.

I asked for a cheesesteak with fried onions, fried green peppers, lettuce, tomaotoe and mayo. I then asked for the lettuce tomatoes and mayo on the side because I didn't want the bread to become soggy from the travel time.

I was told that I would be charged if I didn't get the items on the sandwich because they had to do extra work. He then proceeded to say that it is Company Policy.

I have ordered from this location many many times this year and have never been told I would have to pay extra for condiments on the side.

I'm truly horrified that as a customer I had to go back and forth with him. Ultimately I decided to cancel the order.

Pizza here held all the proper Buffalo pedigree. I have given this place a pass for over a year now. Now when I order I have to explain how Buffalo pizza should be made, to please give it attention, and then I get the order taker to agree to focus on quality.All to no avail.This place has now lost my confidence and trust. No more badd pizza from me.A born and loyal Buffalo guy.In Buffalo this place would have a hard time keeping customers with this quality; it is all over the map to mostly really really not good anymore.

"I am sad to give only one star to Bad Pizza at McLean. It was my favorite pizza in this area. My family got a special pizza for dinner yesterday, but it was awful. The tomato sauce and cheese on it were too thin like paper, really. It was funny. My husband said that there was a new guy; it might have changed its taste. It's just a guess; we don't know why its pizza was different than any other day. I said to my husband that you should never buy Bad Pizza when it offers a special pizza."

So I had to go see what all the fuss was about and if this place was actually “Buffalo” pizza legit. Not too shabby. Decor could be nicer. Gentleman taking my order had a unique demeanor but he got my order right so all good. Pizza was pretty good but still not Bocce’s, Leonardi’s or my absolute FAV Pizza Bella! God bless the Buffalo Pizza Gods!! Truly unique, unforgettable and irreplaceable. ??
