Big Buns Damn Good Burgers

Dined in a few times, sporadically. The burger and fries hit the spot!

Used the touchscreen to order and haven’t had an issue. Each visit was a 15 minutes wait for my food but worth it. The bun is nicely toasted and the meat is hot off the stove, not over or under cooked. The toppings are freshly stacked and could easily become a soggy mess, but the burger is juicy like it oughta be. Fries are fine although on the thin side.

Service is mediocre. The only ‘interaction’ has been someone bringing the tray to my table and they don’t even speak to me, just sets it down and walk away.

It’s mostly tidy and clean inside.

I paid about $90 for two burgers, one chicken and one fries, a beer and a bottle of coke with 20% tips. The food is not bad (although is not great too) but they charge so much for the toppings. I suggest to order classic burger or chicken with the side that comes free with the food.

Loved the burgers - I got the classic with sauteed onions but it came with sautéed mushrooms instead. Was still pretty good . The buns didn’t get soggy and the patty was juicy. I’ll definitely be coming back

Generally this place is decent. However, I was disappointed with my visit here today.

My biggest issue was with one of the workers. I got and paid for a fountain drink, so I managed to grab a cup from the pile since they were in plain sight. Then when the person serves my burger, he proceeds to tell me that it's a water cup and I needed to dump my entire soda out. I then ask him to grab me a "proper" soda cup and he then investigates all the receipts to see if I paid for a fountain drink or not, which was quite annoying and time consuming. Clearly the guy forgot to give me a fountain drink cup. It's literally a cup, so I don't see why this needs to be a big deal.

The burgers here are mediocre in my opinion. However, I have always liked their unicorn milkshakes and are some of the most creative milkshakes I've seen (I unfortunately did not manage to get one of those today).

This place would have been an 8/10 for me, but because of the situation with that specific employee today, I did not think it was worth upgrading the review score. Again, there's absolutely no need to make it a big deal about the cups.

The horseradish bourbon burger is the best burger I’ve ever had in my life!!! Marquise has the best customer service, he’s amazing and I love the fact they have Maine Root Soda! 10/10 definitely recommend!
