CHAR’D is a great spot for a casual, flavorful meal. The burgers are juicy and packed with flavor, the fries are crispy, and everything feels fresh. Absolutely nothing wrong with the food itself. The value, however, is terrible and having 1.6k reviews for a 1.5yr old restaurant is highly suspect. Burger was well cooked, with a toasted bun, raw(!!) onions, lettuce and pickle. But for 15.99 for a double burger, I'm expecting something special, not bog standard toppings. The fries are good, but nothing special, but certainly not worth 6.99. From a taste standpoint, there's nothing wrong with anything at all. But for the price they're charging, you can do so much better elsewhere. This is approaching theme park pricing. I only feel the need to write a review because the reviews seem suspect.

Convenient service machine. Fries and burger tasted solid overall, but at ~$24, I didn't feel like it was worth it. Would've been 5 stars if it was $19 or less (similar to Five Guys pricepoint).
