Instead of taking them to the back to get washed/sanitized, the cook put them back in the food instantaneously. It was a reflex, he didn’t even think twice. They don’t care who they get sick. I had an order of string beans last year that was very good and authentic so I insisted on going there today. But the dish that I ordered was very disappointing. I ordered a Zha Jiang Noodle. It didn’t look like the regular Zha Jiang noodles that I had in mind, but I am not a very picky person-I will happily eat it as long as it’s good. But it tasted terrible-it’s so sweet and salty that the aftertaste after each bite is bitter. Maybe some customers like this kind of taste? But to me it’s just awful.
