Hard to find if you're new to Tysons. Exit from where all the restaurants are (not the food court) and then go left. It's on the outside of the mall. No entrance from inside.

Never in my life have I gone to a chipotle like this one . I am never coming back here fist the employees are all rude they don’t greet you or talk to you. They roll their eyes when you ask want you want on your food.
Second they was a fly on my food and they tossed the side of guac to me. The food is cold
Never coming back here and don’t recommend.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Small portions, rude staff, even ruder manager for absolutely no reason. It seemed like the whole staff was under the influence. Never coming back here again.

2 pieces of hair was found in my food, disclosed it with staff some of them seemed polite the women was rude and disrespectful (lady that was making delivery orders) was honestly disappointing because the second bowl I got had a very bad portion size.

I Walk To The Line And The Workers Was Just Talking And Not Even Looking At Me. It Took 5min Until They Served Me. The Food Was Alright Until I Saw That It Was Not New It Might Been Old. I Felt It Dry And Not A Great Taste. The Table Was Also Not Wipe Down And When I Ask For A Bag A Person That Work There Look At Me Up And Down Laughing. I Know My Clothes Was Not The Best But Being Judge Is Not Fair To Anyone. Please Take Action To Protect The Rights Of Others. The Way A Person Is.

I recently visited this Chipotle with my partner, and we had a very uncomfortable and homophobic experience. We encountered two staff members: the tall cashier and the order taker who had earrings. Both of them avoided eye contact, and made us feel unwelcome. When I went back to ask for a to-go bag and lid the both looked at each other starting laughing at me, clearly displaying homophobia.This isn’t the first time the same guys have done this to me and my partner but I brushed it off the last time. Additionally, the tables were dirty, which further contributed to our negative experience. Overall, this visit left us feeling uncomfortable and demoralized and I will never recommend this chipotle to anyone.

Fast and good, good value, fresh. Not busy because it's not easily discoverable. You have to go outside the food court to get in. But that means plenty of seating which Tyson Food Court normally lacks. Worth it.

I know this is a mall location the food quality is very inconsistent and portions are small, my most recent visit I asked for extra rice and it was still a sad amount of rice. Some of the rice was fresh but some was hard, perhaps it was all mixed together? Gross. At this point it's honestly worth driving to another location a few minutes away for a much better experience.

So I asked for more meat because she barley gave me any so she says double meat she then give me another half
Of spoon of meat in my bowl half of spoon of rice then proceeds to charge me $22 stating extra meet was $7 will never come back here or any chipolte again

It’s Chipotle so the food is standard, but the service was very good. The receptionist in our company ordered catering but entered the wrong time. The restaurant manager directed the kitchen to expedite the order and they helped me load my car so that the food was in the office on time for the conference lunch break. Her helpfulness is unusual for fast food. We were very grateful.

I’m a loyal Chipotle customer, but this location (Tyon Cornet Mall, McLean, VA) is by far the worst I’ve visited. The food was overwhelmingly salty to the point of being inedible. The service was rude and unprofessional—staff spoke poorly and acted like they couldn’t be bothered. To make matters worse, the tables and dining area were filthy, with no effort made to clean up. This location clearly has zero standards for quality or customer service. I will not be returning until management steps up and fixes these issues.
