I have been to this branch several times and I don't understand what went wrong with the employees and why they are so rude to customers.

The lady at the cashier was very rude in the whole staff was rude. Also, I would never come back here ever again.

Terrible customer service and rude workers who skimp on their portions. I paid for extra meat, but still got skimped. When I pointed it out, they had a terrible attitude and sass. Do not go to this location and save your money.

Im a tourist. It was my 2nd time trying Chipotle again after 5 yrs so I was not familiar w every option that they have. I asked the staff for their recommendation but they didn't answer and i felt like I was being judge not knowing what to put in my bowl. Portion size was very less also comparing w the other branch I tried.

Taste wise is still good as I remember. Just hoping that the portion size will be better next time and kindly put labels on the ingredient cos not everyone is familiar w everything

It was a good chipotle, but they were almost out of everything. I won't rate it any lower because that is typical of this chain.

Picked up a take out order. Queso was unbelievable disappointing. The whole meal to be completely honest. If you all don’t like your jobs find something else to do. Ain’t no way in hell I’d return to this location. Not to mention everything tasted old, cilantro in the rice was over powering and rice was undercooked. Don’t come here it’s not it sadly all the mall goers have to find out the hard way.

They are never ready at 10:00 am and that’s the time they are supposed to be open

I got the brisket and it was basically all fat. Paid $20 for a bowl with chips and guac and threw it away

I stopped by this Chipotle on a hot day, and unfortunately, the inside of the restaurant was extremely warm. With a heat index of 95 degrees outside, it made the experience pretty uncomfortable. I was surprised, especially given the location in Tyson’s Corner, where you’d expect a bit more attention to customer comfort.

The food was fine, but the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than what I’m used to at other Chipotle locations. Nothing was bad, but overall the experience just didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect.

Chipotle chipotle chipotle i ve been in a lots of locations but this one is weired they are increasing a price a lot but decreasing a quantity shame on you i orderd bowl but its only half portion i got all other chipotle serves good on food and good quantity but this one is always serves little bit half of the bowl come on we paid for that at least give us some worthable ….only this location needs to increase a quantity do i have to order double chipotle from now for me😬😬😬
