Extremely rude manager! Continues to mess up the orders and does not want to take feedback!This is the second time this has happened here. I ordered two rice bowls, but for some reason, the rice had an extreme amount of salt, making it inedible. I returned the bowls to request new ones made from a different batch of rice. However, the manager became extremely rude, accusing me of having consumed most of one of the bowls (which was actually for my son, who didn't realize). Despite my understanding, she continued to rudely instruct her staff to 'only make one bowl for this guy,' insinuating I was freeloading. At this point, I became angry and decided to forget about getting a new bowl, instead requesting the manager's name, which she refused to provide. Fortunately, one of the workers, who was very nice, whispered her name to me: 'Maria.' The issue is not only with the repeated errors in this Chipotle branch but also with the extremely rude manager, Maria, who lacks proper manners to handle such situations.

This is a long time come review, I was at this location ordering food for my work team. As I was getting to the toppings/sauce area, I told the lady there I wanted everything but the sauces. She then poured sauces on all of my servings and I told her I did not want that and she kept pouring on the others. I asked “since you already poured can I at least try it?” She was putting the lid on the servings and said “you need to tell me what you don’t what” I told her “but I did”. The manager saw everything and was also backing her up saying that I need to tell her and I again said” but I did, can I at least try it?” I told her I didn’t really like the spicy sauce. Neither apologized or asked to remake it. The manager pretty much told me that I can do whatever I want as I told him this was not good service. This was about 6 months ago and ever since I haven’t been there.

Food is horrible, overcooked and flavorless. You get way less than anywhere else. If you want to argue it, I'd recommend bringing Google Translate, as they only speak Spanish.

2 of the workers there told the person in front of me he couldn't get more cheese. Told me I couldn't have any cilantro. If the initial person didn't want to give more, she would tag team with the other worker to finalize the NO! Never experienced this at any other Chipotle. Poor attitudes, tiny amounts. The person I went with got another guy and he was noticeably more respectful.

Ordered the braised barbacoa bowl. The white rice was very hard and crunchy. I informed the staff and the manager was very rude. Saying they had no more white rice and that I would have to settle for brown rice. I told her to try her own product so that she didn’t think I was lying. She said or do you want a refund and I opted for that. I don’t understand why they couldn’t inform me when a new batch of rice would be made. She proceeded to grab the meal from my hands and dispose of it after I received the refund lol?.

Sometimes its the best Chipotle I’ve ever had and others its just ok (dry food, under cooked rice, old guac, etc.).Its also not the cleanest. As with every Chipotle, quality control and consistency is lacking.
This is the only chipotle I’ve been to that is extremely stingy with the protein options chicken/steak. My burrito is basic. I go lite on everything and the chicken is the main portion of my burrito. The servers here literally shake the spoon until there’s like 10 pieces of chicken. I work at the mall and it’s one of the few options that are relatively healthy. Going forward I will just drive to the chipotle down the street because I can actually get a full meal and not a happy meal there.

They should close down this place. My first time coming to this Chipotle I can’t believe this people are so petty, they serve me not even half of spoon of each item. When I ask for more they say it’s extra this is ridiculous. Never coming back here ever again and I will definitely not recommend any of my friends or family to come here. Worst first experience ever! They don’t even deserve a single star, but google doesn’t allow me to post a review without putting a star.

Paula the manager is incredibly stingy and makes workers over work in many areas that are unnecessary. Food portioning is also incredibly sparse and they tend to cheap out on many areas.
