She tears them. Compresses them Like a snow ball. I mentioned it to the cashier & nothing but a blank facial expression. After she saw her ruin my 5 burritos from today she said she was sorry…..
Burritos look like softballs. I wouldn’t go return here but it’s convenient & that is all

I have been ordering from this place for a while. I understand they cut the protein portion size to reduce cost, but today I literally got two pieces of chicken in the bowl I ordered for my son. Be aware and check your food before leaving.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The staff was blatantly rude and the food was honestly terrible. I found a hair in my burrito bowl. I was already not a fan of Chipotle and this place reminded me why.

Had a very bad experience here today. I ordered tacos but an employee named Keven falsely claimed to be a manager and prevented me from having the tacos in a bowl. I see him being rude to me as I ask for a bowl to prevent spillage. He was draining the tomato and hot sauce water as he kept using the aluminum foil. I was also charged for a side of rice and beans for the taco (2×1.60). I am so disappointed and I will never come to this Chipotle branch. Kevin doesn't represent the reputation of Chipotle.

Disrespectful staff and rude manager. I stopped by for food and after my purchase wanted to use the restroom. I informed the cashier that the women’s restroom had no bathroom tissue. He said okay and continued to help customers. I waited another 5 minutes near the register, watching and waiting for the cashier to ask someone to bring in bathroom tissue. Finally I asked for the manager to assist me and after explaining the situation he rudely said “I’ll take care of it.” What worries me is that both rolls of bathroom tissue were empty and there were several female employees working and preparing food. I get the impression that no one is even checking it just to make sure it is appropriate cleaned or refreshed throughout the day. Food was good but the atmosphere was awful.
I just had the most disrespectful experience with a coworker. If I could give negative I would. Mind you I’m always super nice when come in, ima. Big fan, im always here, smile ask politely and say please and thank you. I’ve never had this experience but if this is your job then do it. I’ve been a server many years and you just have to suck it up when it comes to costumers. God I want to just walk in there and tell her off. If this was you at the McLean chipotle I hope you get talked to. That was such an ugly interaction.

I'm not sure how every other Chipotle location has the ability to have everything on their menu, but this one never does. Plus the service is always unfriendly and the dining room is always shabby.

The worst experience at any Chipotle. Waited for 25 mins to get my food....first issue was no white rice, when i asked how long, there was a serious language barrier. Then had to waite for my protein. It was out. Then went to pay and asked for a salad dressing. Told me no more...out. will never return to this Chipotle! Not pleased

Yeah they really don’t care. It’s one of the few fast food restaurants in town, and basically a monopoly on Mexican fast food. We come here all the time and it’s always like this.
