He flat-out refused to pack those and kept pointing me to the pre-packed ones. When I insisted on getting the fresh buns, he deliberately rang them up at the individual price instead of the pack-of-6 deal. Absolutely pathetic customer service

The staffs were so rude. The tall and skinny women, probably from Mexico. She was so rude to me and my husband. Girls learn to behave good with customer. Will never suggest this place to others
Do not swipe your gift cards! On three separate visits, they double charged me. What happens is they tell you to swipe, says it doesn’t work, then they manually enter your gift card number and it’s fine. I noticed the first two times when I noticed my gift card balance was lower than expected so I checked online for the specific transactions and sure enough, they charged me twice for every visit. I complained via the Cinnabon website and heard back directly from the owner who explained they were working on upgrading their system and made it right by giving me a gift card back. However, I went again today and my son swiped the gift card. Well, of course it didn’t work and they manually entered my gift card number to inform me there wasn’t enough to cover the cost. Luckily I had the receipt from my previous visit to prove how much was on the card. After a direct call to the owner (from my previous experience), he said it was fine so I didn’t have to pay the additional difference; however, my gift card which should’ve had $1.59 left was completely depleted. Their Cinnabons are OK and we go to the mall often for take out which is why we kept going back, but I don’t plan to go back anytime soon and will never get a Cinnabon gift card again.

Cinnabon is always great to visit no matter where I am, and this location is no exception.
I ordered a classic roll ($6.14 after tax). They provide a knife and fork, so don’t worry about getting your fingers sticky.
The roll tasted fresh and sugary. Enough said.
