Nice overall experience, great staff, good food and simple. 9 out of 10 my wife and I will definitely dine here again. Thanks 🙏🏾
The food was great the atmosphere was amazing overall . The waitress was not so welcoming but other then that I would definitely recommend
Spent a wonderful Valentines Day at the Palm and it delivered as it always does. My wife and I sat in the bar and Dennis and Alex took very good care of- they are true pros. We enjoyed steaks and sides after starting with a delicious shrimp casino appetizer. Cocktails were professionally assembled and the Pinot noir Dennis recommended paired perfectly with our steaks. Another special occasion celebrated in amazing fashion with our friends at the Palm.
What happened to the Palm of old.... Was once an place to dine in comfort has turned into an extremely expensive olive garden. Where to start.. First made reservations a month in advance for valentines day.. (thought that far in advance would get us a booth instead of a table for 4 next to the restrooms.. Ordered the Palm Old fashioned ($25) thought it would be at least bourbon from Kentucky (you now the home of quality bourbon) found out it was garrison from texas :( then ordered 1/2 doz oysters... The size and quality were pathetic. OK lets get one of the great steaks the palm is famous for ... for $83 buck it was a total disappointment. Well at least the great side dishes will salvage this meal.. Nope portions were insulting for the price. Also, i guess there is no dress code at all.. Sweat pants in the Palm.... The tables were so close together the noise was so bad that I couldn't ever talk to my wife... Well $360 dollars later.. we left without dessert and wondering what happened to our beloved Palm Restaurant...
As always The Palm has great food and service. The building is going through a renovation but did not impact the dining experience.
I go because they always make you feel welcome. If you don't know Bill or MIshka, you will.
Super cool place. Server was awesome (Jason, I think) it was a perfect place for a business dinner!!!
Took our favorite half and half off menu. Initially waiter told us they were sold out. Then we went to check and said it was now off menu. No bread sticks in basket. No brown bread. (Staples for years). No horseradish for steaks. Service extremely slow on a Sunday night. Very dissapointing and not up to their usual standards.
Love the ambiance of the Palms. We sat in a booth in the bar and it was warm and welcoming. Food was great and service ,too. Highly recommend. It is a must stop for us when we are in the area. A short walk from the Ritz, you should try it and you won't be disappointed. A very

We have dined at different Palm locations over the years. Going there for Thanksgiving dinner was a special occasion. The food was delicious as always.
Been going to this Palm for over 25 years. Same lovely staff and great food. Mischa and Vinny are the bestest!
Just overall mediocre for the price. Steak was just ok, fries decent, brussels sprouts not so great. Would choose another option in the future.
We loved our birthday celebration at The Palm! The Seafood and Meat entrees that we ordered were so delicious, and the service was on point! Growing up and living in Chicago as an adult, I was a frequent diner at The Palm there. Now I'm living in the DMV, and you have acquired a new frequent diner here!
The tomahawk steak was not cooked to order and a little tough. The service was very good, but from an upscale steakhouse I expected more.
