Another amazing date night at the Palm. I went away from my usual steak to try the pappardelle bolognese and was very happy I did- it was outstanding. My wife and I were served and enjoyed our dinner in the bar where we were very well taken care of by Dennis and the rest of the wait staff. True perfection!

Honestly, I was disappointed: 1. Tomatoes in the caprese salad were crunchy. I realize it's off-season for local tomatoes, but these should not have made it to my table; 2. The lamb chops were excellent and perfectly cooked, but only two now instead of three as in the past. I suppose to compensate, they came with black truffle risotto (undercooked) and boring green beans (also undercooked and devoid of seasoning); 3. The outstanding pumpernickel is gone. The carrot cake - no longer on the menu but somehow still available - was excellent, even with its unnecessary caramel drizzle. Service was good, but not outstanding. We were seated next to the private room, and it was very loud.

The service has deteriorated significantly compared to two years ago when I was last here. My wife and I came here for Valentine's Day and we experienced delays with the food, wrong order (twice), and average food overall.

Bread was excellent. Shrimp was excellent. Ambience was nice, service seem rudimentary, one of the dishes (Hashbrowns) had no flavor, zero salt in it. We informed the waitress, she said she would take it off but then it showed up on the bill. Apetizers were good, however, the ceasar salad didnt look like the pics they posted on their website, quite different.

1. Calamari was cold, did not finish it. 2. My steak and my wife's steak were only warm and tough, they must have sat on the counter in the kitchen for a long time before they were brought to our table. 3. Given both our dinners were cold and tough, definitely not worth the $200.00 plus cost. We will not return to the Palm Restaurant. Paul and Zeny Kelly Arlington, VA

We had a very nice, capable waiter. The service and the food were outstanding! Next time I think that we'll request a booth. The only tiny thing that wasn't terrific was our table in the back corner of the back room. Overall, a wonderful experience.

The food was excellent all around. The Palm is always a great dining experience. At the beginning of our dining, the service was too. But unfortunately towards the end, we waited a long time to find our server to get the check and then once we got it, had another long wait to have our check picked up and credit card run.

We have been dining at The Palm for decades and this was the worse dining experience we have ever had. The 4 oz Wagyu was nothing but fat with zero beef taste or texture, and my wife's shrimp/pasta dish was tasteless.

I had the grilled chicken on brioche. The bread was fresh & delicious, the veggies were fresh as well. The only problem was the the chicken pattie was thin and I could not taste the flavor of the chicken.09/21/2023 Update - I decided to give it another go since they are right in my building & super convenient!I tried the double-meat of the chicken sandwich and it was fantastic. The breakfast burritos are also very good.Vegetarian options: You can customize your order..

Have eaten here many enjoyable times. This time service was slow, food was sub par. Steaks were not cooked to order and not flavorful. Sides were mediocre at best. Prices exceeded quality of meal. Unfortunately, I'll closely consider whether I will go back any time soon.

Amazing outing to the BEST Palm in the country! Skipped the dining room and opted for a booth in the bar- great ambiance and unparalleled service from Dennis as usual. A perfect Sat night that always delivers.

The palm has been in business for decades, and is my go to steakhouse for consistent quality, service, and ambience. The waiters are tenured and expert at their profession. I been a customer for decades and don't recall ever sending food back to be corrected nor Have they missed in terms of providing the Disney “magical moment” experience, that other restaurants dream about. Unconditional recommendation for the Tysons corner location of the palm

On New Year's Eve our food was not up to its normal standard. Our steaks were overcooked. Service was slow with what appeared to be the only waitress working in the back room. The waiter had our steaks reordered which were then cooked as ordered. By that time i had lost my appetite.

Seated right away , big booth for 4 people plenty of room Out server was very nice but a little off , left us alone for long periods of time , sometimes that's good other times it's not , we would've had dessert but couldn't wait anymore so just got check , love the palm , great menu , good pour drinks , will always come back , you just never know with servers Hit or miss Mostly hit though

Went to the Palm on New Years Eve and the service was great. Very attentive, with great recommendations. Started with the octopus, and the flavor was really good. The cook on the octopus was a bit under, but still very delicious. The star of the show was the steak! The filet was cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. Potatoes au gratin and mushrooms accompanied the steak, both great. Finally finished the meal with the most delicious key lime pie with blueberry topping! Overall my meal and experience were great!
