Outstanding! The food, the team, the ambiance were top notch. First time here and we were celebrating a birthday. From the minute we walked in until we left, we felt welcomed and they seemed truly grateful for our patronage. The lamb shank and lamb kabob were both the best we have ever had. Both were cooked to perfection. First time in a while where we have been to a restaurant where literally everything was perfect!!!

This was another amazing visit and definitely won't be my last! The food was incredible and our server, Raim, along with the entire staff, was fantastic. We were celebrating a birthday and the dessert surprise (best Tiramisu ever!!) was a perfect touch. They accommodated a few special requests without hesitation. Visited for lunch on a Saturday, the environment was pleasantly calm and delightful. Highly recommend!

Divan is a really nice restaurant! The service was great, I couldn't have ask for a better waiter. He was very attentive, kind, and kept a smile on his face. I really liked the food as well. The tiramisu was sooo good. The portion sizes are really big too so it's enough to have leftovers to take home with you.

Had a great night in every way celebrating my nephew's birthday. Food was delicious and presented beautifully. Service was prompt and very agreeable. Mr. David was very generous with the birthday cake and dessert as the grand finale of our lovely night. Thank you and looking forward to go back soon!

Fabulous Persian food. Perhaps the best I have had. Plus great service from the owner, Erica and her brother Cyrus (who is the manager). It was somewhat quiet and we sat at the bar. For folks who are not familiar with Persian food, this will be a great introduction as the staff will explain items to you. They also have pan Mediterranean items that you may like.

I've never given such a low score before, and especially to a restaurant that I've previously dined at AND have brought family and friends to before. :( My friend ordered a drink, and we were given bread/butter for the table while we waited for our meal. Although not the fault of the restaurant per se, it lost power during our visit; our meal either never got cooked nor served to us. After half an hour of waiting, they apologized to all the guests because the power still wasn't returning... but after all that, they still didn't either comp my friend's drink or offer us some accommodation in the future (that is, IF we even decide to give it another try)? Incredibly poor customer service on Divan's part. As one who frequently dines out, that's really too bad; I might not ever come back here, unless the restaurant reaches out. The experience, literally, left a bad taste in my mouth.

The food is of high quality and taste. The service is fast and quick The atmosphere is welcoming!!

Service was excellent, food was flavorful and our server Raim and the hostess (forgot her name but she was so kind!) went out of their way to make my husband’s birthday special…even after they had closed for the night. Definitely a hidden gem in an unassuming location.

I had to take the time and give this restaurant a review. The staff is so kind and welcoming. The food was so delicious, we ordered a little bit of everything and it was all amazing. The drinks were so good and super cute. The manager, David, was so funny and friendly. I’ll definitely be back, thank you for everything! Highly recommend.
