They'll take your credit card when you try to add a tip because it magically won't work when you initially order. The manager will take your entire card number including CVV, pretend to add the tip, and nothing will happen.
As a result, your delivery staff will get mad because they think you stiffed them on a tip when in reality it's their manager doing it. Mad staff? Pizza with literally no sauce, a box *thrown* at the door, and an attitude. Never ordering from Dominos again, any location.

We ordered parmesan bread bites online before getting to the store and picked it up. We had a wait time of around 5-7 minutes. The bread bites were made completely fresh in front of me, I could see the lady cutting the dough and then baking it. The food was absolutely delicious and was really hot. The employees behind the counter were a little rude as they had an attitude when talking but other than that it was fine.

Burnt my Parmesan bites again. Wasn't going to leave a review initially as the restaurant just came off as kind of mid.
Of course this time I am there to pick it up early and they say they will remake the bites for me and I end up having to wait an additional 10+ minutes.
Cool but they also deny me my complimentary Dip which should come with the Parmesan bites.
Unfortunately they don't require their employees to know what's on the menu

I ordered a pizza online at 3:50pm and scheduled pickup time is 5:45pm. When I got there right on time. They cannot find my pizza! The staff didn’t know what they were doing. I finally got my pizza at 6:15pm! Very bad service and experience!!

Pizza showed as delivered in their app and I saw the driver passing our door, but no pizza to us. I called the store telling them the driver probably delivered to the wrong house, but they denied and said the app was wrong. I called the store three times and every time they are saying the driver is still delivering. 2 hours later the driver showed up and said he just took my pizza back from one of my neighbors … what? I rejected the pizza and called the store for refund, the manager was rude and never even apologized for this.
Horrible Customer Service, employee Ramos, who was very disrespectful and unprofessional, couldn't understand my concerns and when trying to explain to him, he asked if I was on drugs. I explained to him that there must be a language barrier issue but insisted on asking if I was on drugs. Called back two employees who wouldn't provide their names and were just as unprofessional as Ramos. I was denied to speak to a manager or get a manager’s name. This used to be a great place to order from but the last two times have been horrible. I hope they can improve their customer service but I don't see it happening anytime soon. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

The food was ok. The staff at the store was friendly but the delivery driver forgot one of my orders and because he had to come back, he began to bang on the door so hard. It really was unnecessary & definitely unpleasant for sure. It's a bad reflection on the store.
