1st time visiting this location. Nice and clean inside and out. Great customer service. Went in to get breakfast and doughnuts for our team prep day. Doughnuts and my breakfast sandwich were good. In and out pretty quickly. Not sure about the price I paid for 2 dozen doughnuts but I dont buy often so maybe prices have changed. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Terrible customer service. I normally always order online and every now and then I’ll get my coffee essentially half empty and when I call them out on it they tell me it comes like that and we can put more ice in it for you. But this isn’t why I’m leaving a review here. I’m leaving a review because of an online rewards order that appears to not be working. When I went to the store to activate it they told me it’s for mobile orders only, which by the way it says it can be redeemed in store or online. The rewards didn’t let me activate it so I asked if the manager could do it and gave her my phone so she could activate it, she couldn’t. Then she told me it looks like there’s a glitch and instructed me that if I have any rewards like that to always come in the store to activate it so I don’t run into that issue. Now the following day I come into the store to make an order and use my rewards and get greeted with a terrible attitude by the employee working, essentially screaming at me saying that this is for online orders only which again it specifies that the reward can be used in store or online. Than he goes on and tells it’s a glitch and what not. Even though the reward has a QR code that he scanned. This behavior isn’t acceptable. The manager is telling me to activate it in store and an employee is telling it’s only for online orders. This is the most convenient location to me but now I’m forced to go to a different place for my coffee to avoid this hostile atmosphere.

I can see why this location is under four stars. The guy who claims to be the manager has a very poor attitude and horrible customer service. Had to ask for my hot chocolate to be remade after the second attempt to fix the first attempt. In other words, three attempts to make a hot chocolate and nothing but attitude. The worst part is he blamed it on the employee when he was standing over the employee the whole time.
