Great authentic Chinese food without being too “ethnic “. This not Peter Chang’s or Panda Express. Food is well flavored. Mao Po Tofu is excellent. Fried dumplings are good. Noodle dishes are excellent. Note that food is traditional Chinese spicy, so, if you like spicy but not too spicy, go with the mild option. Fried rice, oddly, is very bland, so I would stay away from that (main reason I did not give five stars). Dine in ambience is sorely lacking, but that is not why you would go there. Service is decent, but a bit slow.

So fried rice with pork is extremely salty and it’s literally rice, pork and slivers of green pepper. There are no other vegetables and no egg. The cucumber salad tasted really funky.

Fahrenheit Asian is by far my favorite Sichuan restaurant in Northern Virginia; it's just too far away for us to frequent it. They do not shy away from spice so be warned and order a reasonable level for yourself. Also, they are always behind on the order estimate if you do take out. I always arrive 15 min late and still frequently have to wait for my food but it is worth it.
Their Original Style Mapo Tofu 正宗麻婆豆腐 and Sichuan Twice Cooked Pork Belly 四川回锅肉 are two of my favorite dishes but anything Shui Zhu 水煮 is also really good. When we're feeling gluttonous we order Twice Cooked Pork Belly Fried Rice 回锅肉炒饭 which is a nice take on fried rice but it's heavy. Honestly just remembering their food is making my mouth water.

Food is splendid, when it does finally come out. Wait times are high. Restaurant always seems to be understaff.

Restaurant is a bit hectic, but the food is alright
I ordered Ants on Trees, but there were only trees, no ants.
Nightmare for delivery drivers....
This is hands down the best Szechuan food I’ve ever had in my life. Over the past 4 years, I’ve gotten takeout here more times than I can remember, and the quality is always top notch. I used to live close by and even though I moved 25+ minutes away, I still make a trip out here almost every week to pick up dinner. The owner, Lily, takes pride in where she sources all of her ingredients and the food is extremely authentic—this is definitely not “American Chinese” food. Once you try it, you won’t go back!

There was a lady outside who accosted us about how we found the restaurant and really wanted to video us and didn’t really leave us alone until we walked away from the storefront. Also we never got seated after waiting for ~15 mins. I’m sure it’s great for takeout though, food smelled great

Ordered Hot pot and there was hair inside. Disgusting. Also I've had a stomachache and diarrhea after eating.

Wow. Horrible. U walk in there’s nobody there. One lady working in the back and she won’t even acknowledge you. Don’t waste your time here. Also, the smell is horrifying.

Fantastic SzeChuan food and one of the rare places that offer authenticity in that regard. Although I think they have been adapting to the sensitive American palate.
I got DanDan noodles at mild spiciness probably around 3 years ago and it wrecked
me, just recently though I got the same at mild spiciness again (you don't get SzeChuan food without knowing what you're getting yourself into) and it was downright pleasant. Or maybe the recent batch of peppers just wasn't as potent, who knows. Love this place.
