Bought from Fluffy Thoughts 3 times, the last 2 times my order tasted old and dry. A girl on line ahead of me picking up a special order was handed a substitute without notice, told it was all they had, no refunds. The salespeople act like it’s their last day on the job and they just discovered their wages will be paid in dry cake.

Our wedding cake was an absolute hit - the raspberry vanilla flavor was incredible, and we received countless compliments from guests saying it was the best wedding cake they’d ever had. Several people went back for seconds (always a good sign!), and even the bakers in our group gave it glowing reviews.

We used Fluffy Thoughts for my daughter’s wedding and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish! Their customer service is too notch, the cake tasting experience wonderful and fun (you bring home and do it- FUN!) and they were so responsive and helpful down to details up to the wedding. We had a small wedding and they made the small cake and mini cupcakes experience perfect!

Fluffy thoughts is great to deal with and definitely showed attention to detail and care that I rarely find today. The cake they made for my daughter's graduation was very special and made for a memorable day. You can't find a baker like this anymore. The buttercream, cream cheese filling and custom orange cake (Syracuse orange) was delicious! We also had more than enough to feed our party and have leftovers. Highly recommend.

Fluffy Thoughts did a PHENOMENAL job on the execution and delivery of my custom sneaker cake. We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday with a running-inspired theme. I contacted Fluffy Thoughts on 2/16/2025 (a Sunday afternoon) for a custom sneaker cake for delivery on 2/22/2025. Most bakeries will not even entertain a custom cake order with less than two weeks notice. Lara at Fluffy Thoughts was very responsive. We worked through the design and finalized the details on 2/17/2025. The cake was absolutely breathtaking. It looked EXACTLY like the design images provided. The design of the cake was exceptional and the TASTE, OUT OF THIS WORLD. I will order all of my future cake needs from Fluffy Thoughts and you should too!

Fluffy Thoughts made our 75-person wedding cake and did an AMAZING job! Both tiers (coffee/chocolate and strawberry/lemon) were so delicious that many people had seconds, and the drop-off/coordination with our venue was seamless. Needless to say, we can't wait to have Fluffy Thoughts make our cake to celebrate our first anniversary.

We had Lara and her team make us a wedding cake and cupcakes for our wedding, and both were absolutely stunning. The team here truly are artists. We had a very specific vision for our wedding cake, and they delivered 110%. It looked better than we could have even imagined, it to mention all 4 cupcake flavors and the cake flavor were some of the best cake I've ever had. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, and they helped make our special day that much sweeter!

We did a take home tasting with them and ultimately decided on the pumpkin patch cake for our late October wedding. Everything we tried was delicious, but after voting on the 5+ flavors, the pumpkin patch cake was the clear winner. We ordered a pumpkin patch sheet cake to serve our guests, along with a simple, decorative two-tier cake for the cake cutting. We didn't want anything too over-the-top and kept a specific budget. Fluffy Thoughts delivered the cake for us, which was incredibly helpful and made the day even easier. Our guests LOVED the cake!

My wife had a milestone birthday and I wanted to surprise her with a fabulous cake as part of her celebration. I recalled that Fluffy Thoughts was a highly regarded bakery business in the area (and I remembered seeing them on a baking show on TV). Of course, I realized I needed the cake last minute. I found FT on line and reached out to them on a Sunday evening and we exchanged ideas and landed on a cake by Monday AM. The cake was ready for pickup Tuesday AM (the day of my wife’s birthday). The cake was beautiful - stunning. My wife, family and friends couldn’t get over the amazing creation. Thank you FT for making her special occasion memorable. It truly was the icing on the cake.

WOW!!! We worked with Lara and her team to create an unbelievable cake for a recent event, and it was perfect! Our experience started with two rounds of cake tasting--which you can easily order on their website--and we needed two rounds because there were so many delicious options to try! We ended up going with a two-tiered cake with Biscoff Bliss for the bottom layer and Raspberry Beret with fresh raspberries for the top layer, all covered in the most delicious Italian Meringue Buttercream!

In addition to making the most delicious cake, it was also incredibly beautiful and customized to our priorities. We worked with Lara to select fall flowers (in silk) to decorate the cake, and they were also able to integrate figurines of our dogs (that had been crafted on Etsy) into the design. The final effect was spectacular--both to see and to eat! They were also able to deliver the cake safely to our venue, which was a huge relief on the special day. Highly recommend for any event you are planning!

Fluffy thoughts is absolutely AMAZING! We have ordered several cakes in the last two years (including our wedding cake and gender reveal cake) and received so many compliments on them!!! Lara and team have a true talent of bringing one’s vision to life and we are so thankful for them. Their customer service and communication throughout the process is also phenomenal.
