When I get a chance to shop at Tysons corner mall I always tend to stop by Häagen-Dazs the best strawberry milkshake strawberry and chocolate ice cream ever .

After coming here and spending thousands of money in this store, I have to warn guest because at this location they’ve become so greedy on the sales and aggressive! I spend about $30 on every visit and I’ve been always using the app to redeem points, recently they offer different sizes of cones and this time the guy did not want to accept it (I ordered the same as usual) Why? Well he wanted to give me a cup instead I said I don’t want more ice cream I just want to use my points he said no you can’t. Of course they don’t even let you think of how much pressure they put there on you. I asked him are you the manager? He said yes, I explained the redeem of the cone has never been a problem and he kept on arguing. I payed and told him to keep the change and deleted the app. Never coming back, too bad they loose customers just for not being hospitable at all. Now, they might reply excusing themselves but it’s the costumer vs them, obviously their argument will always win!

$7 for a single scoop is crazy. A pint at the grocery store is $4

Nice ice cream

Bad customer service, one male employee speaks in the phone untill I call him to serve me. I asked twice for the smallest cup. He was not attentive so give me the middle cup(small). When I asked him again he answered me so roughly next time you read better the menu instead of explaining and offering better customer service.

Two workers were very rude and had an attitude. I went with my friends to go get ice cream. Firstly one of my friends was getting an ice cream and the girl worker had such an attitude. She was being excessively rude and for no reason. Secondly my other friend was corrected by a male worker in a rude tone. Never coming back.

Excellent flavors and decent cup portions.

They just had the walls spackled and didn't block off the seating areas. All customers who sat down including myself and my family got white residue on all our clothing. I let the employee know and all she did was stretch and smile and said sorry then walked away to the back room

Haagen-Dazs is probably one of the most expensive ice cream places that I have been to, almost $8-$9 after tax. However, what makes them stand out from other ice cream stores is that they don’t use artificial ingredients, and their ice cream is a bit bold and dense compared to other ice cream brands. I really like their Belgian chocolate, because of the creaminess, richness of the chocolate.

I would say the service is great even though there is usually a big crowd waiting for their ice cream, especially when it gets closer to closing time. However, regarding the atmosphere, it feels a little cramped to be eating ice cream, especially with such limited seating. The staff aren’t the friendliest and gave a bit of an attitude when I asked about nuts, with no clear answer, but it panned out because the ice cream actually didn’t have nuts.

Vegetarian options: Not clear on vegan options.

Kid-friendliness: could make more profits if they started selling kids’ sizes.

The freezers were not cold enough. The ice cream was melted around the edges of the cartons behind the counter. I was looking forward to ice cream, but ended up leaving disappointed.

it’s really expensive simple ice cream. it’s not like it’s gourmet.
2 waffle cones, with one scoop and 1 with sprinkles cost $18.
there are local gourmet ice cream shops that sell theirs for $6 a piece and it tastes amazing.
Haagen Daz is just super sweet ice cream.
not worth it.

Fast service despite the long wait lines. Best flavor is pistachio! Kinda expensive but it’s worth it. 8 dollars for 2 scoops!
