The food, including scallops, filet, pork chop, and the “Bad Hunter” cauliflower steak, is praised for its quality and amazing flavor. The attentive service, friendly staff, and nice ambiance create a welcoming and stunning atmosphere, making it a suitable choice for special occasions like Mother's Day brunch. The restaurant is more quiet since it’s located inside the Hilton, and it has a nice-looking patio with a fire pit that guests look forward to trying when the weather cools down. The menu has recently changed, featuring spectacular desserts like beignets, pecan pie, and peach cobbler. Although the restaurant is not the least expensive, the food remains fantastic at its price point, and the service is consistently excellent. The restaurant is very accommodating to allergies, and while the coffee may not be the best, everything else at Härth is highly recommended for anyone visiting or staying in the hotel.
