Quiet, pleasant brunch spot with nice buffet and excellent table service, away from Tysons hustle and bustle.

Overall I had a great experience. Our server was wondering, ambience was beautiful, service was excellent. I'm definitely looking forward to dining with them again and I will recommend.
Always a wonderful place. Not the least expensive but far from the most expensive in the area. At the price point, the food is fantastic. At any price point other than my brother’s kitchen, the service is wonderful.

Excellent service, as usual! But really disappointed you took the mushroom bolognese off the menu. It was so delicious and one of the few vegetarian items. The cauliflower steak sounds amazing and my guests really enjoyed it but I am allergic to bell peppers so I couldn't try.
A party of seven for lunch service. Restaurant not crowded. Six orders were filled, the seventh was late by at least 10 min, even with prompting. Another table was served during this late period. The manage apologized as the house getting busy. An assertion which had no evidence to support. The late meal was comped but table orders have to be filled at the same time.
Great service and great food. Nice place to have a relaxing meal and visit with your friends !
The food was good but not great. Both the chicken and steak we ordered were overcooked even though they had good flavor. The steak was ordered medium and came out almost well done. However, the brussels were delicious and the waiter was great.
My husband and I took my mom to Härth recently and had a wonderful dinner. I’d been a bit skeptical since it’s a hotel restaurant, but it was fantastic and I highly recommend giving it a try. If anything, it’s a little more comfortable than many restaurants in Arlington and DC because there’s more elbow room. They also have a nice-looking patio with seating and fire pit that we’re looking forward to trying when the weather is a little less toasty.
The food is basically sophisticated southern cuisine. Our amazing server, Michael, said they had recently changed the menu. Among the three of us we had the filet, the pork chop, and the “Bad Hunter” (cauliflower steak – the name alone made me want to get that one) for entrees. Sides were collard greens, brussels sprouts, and smoked gouda mac & cheese. The desserts were spectacular – beignets, pecan pie, and peach cobbler.

The cuisine and service are always top notch, loving the new summer menu. The salmon is a must have. Our waiter Michael was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Restaurantji Recommends
I have eaten at Harth countless times and never had a bad meal or poor service. The restaurant is stunning and quiet, which is a godsend. There is a new menu which is terrific and the kitchen is very good about accommodating allergies. The staff is warm, friendly and efficient. If you haven't been, go!
Tried the roasted chicken with Brussels sprouts and whipped sweet potato. Delicious!! Chicken was cooked perfectly. The restaurant is more quiet since it’s located inside the Hilton but food is solid.

Perfect Mother's Day brunch. It's going to be our new tradition! Prime rib and the whole salmon was a treat. We had last second changes to our reservations but Ben personally helped us fix it even through the prepaid process online. He's a solid dude. My mother in law says she's going to keep recommending this place now and I agree
Had a meal here by myself on a work trip. The staff was fantastic, and I cannot recommend the calamari enough, just so insanely good. The very friendly gentleman with the great hair is a perfect complement to the meal with a fun and friendly persona. If you're staying in town, and especially if you're in the hotel, you must come here to eat.
It was my first Sunday morning out with my boyfriend, and while the atmosphere of the place was quite nice, there were a couple of frustrating hiccups. The waiter mentioned that drinks were included, but his explanation was unclear, and we ended up being charged $6 for a glass of orange juice. It's not just about the money; it’s about clear communication. Additionally, my omelet was decent, but my boyfriend's American breakfast fell short. The waiter claimed it came with VA ham, but it definitely didn’t taste like that. Overall, it was an experience, but I doubt we'll consider returning.
