Hokkaido Ramen is our favorite, we frequented the NJ location and was really glad to find out that there’s one not far from us.
Their ramen combo is always a great option. I think even their small portion is more than enough for two! We got their Miso Chashu Ramen and Shiyake gohan with Aji-tama. Listen, the taste of the broth, the chashu cut, the negi chashu, the soft boiled egg were all so good and well seasoned.
The service was also great. They were attentive and were ready to answer any questions we had about the dishes. The restaurant itself is also in a great location, theres outdoor seating and there’s lots of parking. Overall, definitely recommend checking them out!

Disappointed with the food this time Visited on a Wednesday evening. The food was noticeably saltier than usual, and the gyoza arrived completely cold. Normally I enjoy eating here, but this visit was disappointing.
Bento inedible level of chewy Edit: 3 -> 1 star, ramen is the same. I ordered very late on Sunday its my fault, I guess it was microwaved before delivery

Our favorites are the Kara-age, Chashu Gohan, tsukemen, and any ramen with the shoyu broth. The service is always great, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the prices are fantastic.
