Ordered online delivery and it arrived earlier than expected! The pizza was delicious but badly cut and it was hard to get even slices to share

We recently had a large corporate event and requested Lost Dog Cafe to cater several sandwich platters. It was a seamless and wonderful experience! Rasha made it so easy to order by being meticulous with details and flexible with last minute changes to our order. They accommodated our dietary requests (no bacon on certain sandwiches, vegetarian options) delivered it on time (thank you to our delivery driver, Liam), and labeled everything to make it easy for us. The food was lovely, and our division meeting went well--full bellies and happy staff.

One small suggestion: if possible, for catering events, it would be great to have an option for packets of mayo, mustard, and other condiments versus condiments in large containers. When serving a large group (80+), it slowed down the lines and got a bit messy with scooping and spreading mayo/mustard from their respective containers. For smaller groups, it's great! For larger groups, the option for quick grab and go condiments would be nice.

All in all, a fabulous experience. We are regulars and will return in the future. :)

Had a great lunch here. The ambience was pleasant and relaxed, making it an enjoyable place to step out for lunch. Our waitress, Franco, was very attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better. I had a good time and would definitely come back.

Great franchise

We had a terrible experience here. The service was awful. We waited over 20 minutes to order our food and our waitress didn’t seam to care about us at all. We were there during slow hours too. (2 pm) The food was just ok. We will not be coming back.

I had an excellent Chicken Philly tonight. Their subs continue to be on point. So much variety on the menu for anyone to enjoy. If you like beer choices they are stocked. A pizza for the family is another good way to go. And the fun art on the walls makes it feel more of a unique setting.

We love Lost Dog Cafe! We love LOVE their White Cheese Pizza #2, it's the best white cheese pizza we've had, with fontina cheese which very few places will use and garlic butter and the nicest touch of fresh basil to top it. Their dough and crust is consistently good with a great crispy bite and flavor all the times we've ordered to go and dined in. Their crab dip has a great crab ratio and the nicest garlicky bread to go with it. We also love their beef chili and when we dine in their mint ice cream and brownie.

I’m at home with a broken foot. I placed an order for delivery and the young girl who answered the phone was so sweet and patient as I talked over my barking, crazy deaf dog. I ordered a sandwich that was a create your own and it was absolutely fantastic! I can’t say enough good things about this place!!

My pizza dough was raw and I asked for BBQ sauce on it and got something completely different. I also ordered a milkshake and it was watery and tasted more like milk than the flavor it should gave been.
