Terrible customer service. I walked in and walked immediately out. I walked up to one of the order screens and apparently it was off. The girl came out and said I shut this one off. You can order at the other one. I asked, can I order at the register? She said “excuse me? What did you say?” In such a disgusted tone. I asked to order with her because a gentleman can in after me and ordered on the next screen. So, I came in first and now I have to wait? The way she was disgusted with her job, I’d rather give my money to charity than to give my money to this establishment. There are a million boba spots, why would I chose this one?

Love the fruit teas (mango & watermelon are may faves) & the cheese foam is so good! Can do other places cause they don't have the cheese foam...I'm so hooked on it, it's that good.

This place is so good. Clean, friendly staff, great location and the best thing about it is that they use real fresh fruits, all the flavors are natural and fresh, unlike the competition with 2x1 that uses syrup and cheap ingredients. You can taste the freshness here, also the amount of sugar is on point, not too much, not too little. If you see a place that gives you 2x1 I always never trust them, it means their Ingredients must be cheap. I'd go with Moge 100% of the time.

I actually didn’t like this spot at all I don’t know why it’s a 4 star, I got three drinks total and they all tasted like nothing, not sweet at all when I had them 70% or 100% sweet, and just tasted watery. There was no ac so it was very hot inside and no indoor seating. For tasteless drinks I spent $25. I give props that they have a variety menu with tons of options I guess.

So far , moge tea is the only bubble tea place I would like to go for, even after seeing heytea has a long line, it makes me want moge tee more. Yogurt flavor with cheese foam is so good and they put a lot of fruit ingredients in it. I really hope it could open another location in Rockville

The store is very clean, but I don’t think they have ac on or working it was pretty hot inside. The drink I ordered was a called mango moochi it was good, I believe they use fresh fruit so you aren’t going to get a sweet drink.
Good teas but the girl who was there today June 5th around 1ish was terrible. First we got in there and whe saw us but acted like she didn't see us and didn't bother to greet us. Then we ask her a simple question and she had a attitude, it seems like she hates her job. Shes wears glasses and a little thick.

Bubbles is hands down my favorite spot for tea. Their cheese foam is absolutely amazing—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. I recently gave HeyTea a try since it’s in the same mall, but it was a disappointment. Bubbles consistently delivers great quality and flavor. I always find myself coming back here!
